LOCATION: On Long Island, approximately seven minutes by private motor launch from the Antiguan mainland. The resort’s dock is a five-minute drive from the airport.

ACCOMMODATION: There are 28 beautiful suites, with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, four poster bed, mini bar, flat screen TV and complimentary WiFi. Bathrooms are spacious and feature granite stonework and indoor rain showers as well as private outdoor showers or baths set in the garden. At the northern end of the resort, the lovely Beachside Suites are clustered around an open-air courtyard with uninterrupted ocean views. The elegant One Bedroom Pool Suites are stylishly appointed, with an expansive ocean view terrace and private pool. RESTAURANTS & BARS: The 19th-century plantation house is home to the 1830 cocktail bar and elegant Estate House Restaurant where dinner is served most evenings. Breakfast, lunch and more casual dinners are also served in the Veranda Restaurant or the Pool Grille. There is also the Beach Bar for refreshing cocktails and daytime snacks. There are also some fantastic pop-up dining experiences, including Dinner at the Farm and a West Indian Hangout at the Pool Grille.

FACILITIES: There are four and a half miles of pristine shoreline to explore with some of the most spectacular white-sand beaches in the Caribbean. Resort facilities include three swimming pools, one of which is a stunning new beachfront infinity pool, three tennis courts, a fully-equipped fitness centre, and complimentary motorised and non-motorised watersports. The spa has been recently renovated and features five treatment suites, a sauna, experience shower, and beauty salon, and offers personalised treatment programmes using natural, local ingredients. There’s also an array of complimentary wellness and fitness classes.
