LOCATION: On the laid-back island of Bequia, just a few minutes’ drive from the airport. ACCOMMODATION: The 58 rooms, suites, cottages and villas are beautifully furnished and brightly decorated in a contemporary colonial style. RESTAURANTS & BARS: Dine by candlelight under the stars in the resort’s excellent and recentlyrenovated Bagatelle beach restaurant, where locally-caught lobster and other fresh fish grace the menu alongside delicious, imaginatively-prepared international dishes. During high season, the Blue Tropic restaurant, located in the main building, offers a classic Italian-style menu, blending the best of Bequia with the traditions of Italian cuisine. Blue Tropic also hosts the weekly Owners & Manager’s Cocktail Party as well as offering live entertainment a couple of times a week during high season. Jack’s Bar - under the same ownership as Bequia Beach Hotel - is just a short taxi ride away and is situated on the pristine Princess Margaret Beach.
