When you go to concerts, especially small concerts, there’s like, some kind of connection with the band, almost.
You don’t have to worry about money, you don’t have to worry about school, or work, or
drama...
you’re just there to listen to music and get totally c o n s u m e d by the music and the atmosphere, and everyone’s there to do the s a m e thing, and . . .

But yeah, my life is okay. I have a nice place to live, roof over my head— food, job. It’s cool.
Obviously I want it to be better, but...
