Custom Kit Ordering Instructions 1a. From the Welcome to the Thirty-One Family email, click “Customize my kit ” and enter your username (Consultant ID) and password (created during enrollment). At the top of the page “Who is this order for?” will display. Verify the information that auto-populated (name, shipping address) and click “Save & Continue” and go to step 2.
1b. You may also navigate to Thirty-One Today (TOT) and enter your username and password. Once signed in, click Virtual Office > Orders > New Order > select Custom Enrollment Order from the drop-down. Select “What type of order is this?” and verify the “Who is this order for?” information that will auto-populate once the order type is selected (name, shipping address) and click “Save & Continue.”
2. Click “Get Started” to begin selecting items in the kit.
3. Click a desired print for each style listed.
4. After all print selections are complete, click “Personalize.”
5. Complete Personalization for each applicable style that allows personalization in the kit, one at a time.
6. Once personalization is complete, review the shopping cart and personalization details by clicking “Show Details.”
7. Click Begin Checkout, one final review of shipping information, and then click “Submit Order.”
