Pricing and availability of all menu items are subject to change without notice or reprinting of the menu due to unforeseen cost increases of domestic and imported products and materials used to pack items for transport. Delivery:
Delivery is available for any order over $250. Delivery fees are not included in the costs of menu items. Delivery charges are based on mileage, estimated drive time, and any applicable tolls to your location. Deliveries will be made from the location closest to your home, office, or event venue. We deliver Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Orders & Cancellations:
All delivery orders and all pick-up orders over $100 require credit card payment to secure the order. The card will be charged on the day of the pick-up or delivery. Orders must be $250 or higher to qualify for delivery. If your order is under $250, we offer pick-up in-store at both locations.
We understand that things change and accept changes and cancellations up to 48 hours in advance with no charge. Orders or parts of orders that are canceled within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Online cancellation requests must receive a reply email from us to be considered valid.
Allergies & Dietary Accommodations:
Our chefs, owners, and staff take allergies very seriously. Carlino’s is NOT a nut-free, glutenfree, wheat-free, dairy-free, seed-free, soy-free facility. Many of our foods contain one or more common allergens. It is crucial that if you have severe allergies, you understand that there is a risk of cross-contamination despite our best efforts due to the presence of these items in our facility. We can and will do our best to accommodate any allergies or sensitivities as long as we are made aware of the allergies. Please work with one of our order specialists to decide the best course of action for planning a menu around allergens.
