Carlino’s Reheating Instructions Carlino’s is proud to be a part of your meal, event, or celebration. Our chefs have made each dish especially for you. We have crafted our meals to the point of perfection, so we ask you to follow our simple, easy-to-follow reheating instructions to serve your guests with a delicious, home cooked meal from our kitchen to yours!

Remove item(s) from refridgeration. Preheat your oven to the indicated temperature. Ensure any dish in a plastic container is placed in an oven safe vessel. Heat to time instructed below or desired temperature. Enjoy! *Due to the variance in home ovens, cooking times may differ. Be sure to check for preferred doneness.

ALL NATURAL SOUPS Transfer soup into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir intermittently for approximately 15 minutes, or until heated through. . HORS D’OEUVRES Preheat the oven to 350°F. Heat for 10–15 minutes, or until hot. SALADS Serve cold

CHEESE & PARTY BOARD Remove from refrigeration for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop. MEAT ENTRÉES Roasted Filet of Beef Tenderloin is cooked rare. Take out of refrigeration for 30 minutes. If rare is desired, serve cold, slice thin (1/4”) with horseradish cream and heated au jus. If a greater doneness is desired, preheat the oven to 350°F, remove the aluminum lid and cover with foil. Heat for approximately 15–20 minutes for medium doneness. Slice and serve with horseradish cream and warmed jus. Roast Pork Loin, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata Preheat the oven to 350°F. Loosen the lid. Heat for 25–30 minutes. Chicken Parmigiano Preheat the oven to 350°F. Loosen the lid. Heat for 20–25 minutes. Baked Chicken Dishes Preheat the oven to 350°F. Loosen the lid. Heat for 35–40 minutes. Breaded Chicken Cutlets and Roasted Chicken Wings Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the lid. Heat for 15–20 minutes, or until heated through. Beef Brasciole Preheat the oven to 350°F. Loosen the lid. Heat for 35–40 minutes.


FISH ENTRÉES Fresh Fish & Crab Cakes (unstuffed): Preheat the oven to 350°F. Loosen the lid. Heat for 15–20 minutes. Fresh Fish (stuffed): Preheat the oven to 350°F. Loosen the lid. Heat for 20–25 minutes. HOMEMADE PASTA DISHES Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the aluminium lid and check for parchment paper. Remove the paper and loosely replace the lid. For Lasagna, heat for 45–50 minutes. For Pasta Favorites, heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring periodically. STARCHES Risotto Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the lid and add ¼ cup water. Replace the lid loosely or cover with aluminum foil. Heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Rustic Roasted Potatoes & Twice Baked Potatoes Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat for 20–25 minutes. Rotate the pan once halfway through cooking time. Mashed Potatoes & Bread Stuffing Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the lid and recover with foil. Heat for 30–35 minutes. Be sure to stir periodically. Potato Latkes Preheat the oven to 400°F. Transfer latkes in a single layer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat for 8–10 minutes, or until heated through. VEGETABLES Side Vegetable Dishes Preheat the oven to 350°F. Loosen the lid and heat for approximately 20–25 minutes. CLASSIC COMFORTS & PARTY FAVORITES Eggplants Roll-ups & Eggplant Parmigiano Remove parchment paper from under the lid. Place the lid back on loosely. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake for approximately 40–45 minutes. Allow the dish to sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Sausage, Peppers & Onions Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the lid. Heat for 25–30 minutes, stirring periodically. Chicken Fingers & Wings Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the Lid. Heat for 20–25 minutes. Sliced Roast Beef, Sliced Roast Pork, & Porchetta Stovetop Instructions (Recommended): Place gravy in a saucepan over medium heat and stir frequently. Once heated through (approximately 10–15 minutes), carefully place sliced meat into the hot gravy and serve. Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid. Carefully add the gravy to the pan with the sliced meat. Heat for approximately 35–45 minutes. Stir with tongs periodically


SANDWICH TRAYS All of our sandwich trays are intended to be served cold. DELI FAVORITES & SIDES All of our deli favorites and sides are intended to be served cold. Please keep chilled! BRICK OVEN PIES & BREAD All of our brick oven pies and bread can be enjoyed at room temperature. If you would like to eat warm, preheat the oven to 350°F and heat until desired temperature. HOMEMADE BAKED GOODS & DESSERTS Carlino’s Homemade Pastries Be sure to remove from refrigeration for at least 30 minutes to allow the full flavors of the handmade delicacies to develop. Fruit Pies, Bread Pudding, & Apple Dumplings Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove from packaging and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Heat for 8-10 minutes or until warm.
