REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS All Natural Soups Transfer soup into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently for approximately 15 minutes, or until heated through. Vegetables Transfer to an oven safe container. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Loosen the lid. Heat for approximately 20-25 minutes. Risotto Transfer to an oven safe container. Preheat oven to 350°F. Loosen the aluminum lid, or top pan loosely with aluminum foil. For small pans, heat for 20-25 minutes, add one quarter cup water and stir periodically. For medium pans, heat for 30-35 minutes, add one half cup water and stir periodically. For large pans serving up to 20 guests, heat for 40-45 minutes, add one cup water and stir periodically. Pasta Add a pinch of salt to 4 quarts of boiling water. Add pasta and stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes.

Lasagna Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove lid and parchment paper, heat for approximately 1 hour. Let rest before serving. Italian Bread Leave bread in plastic to thaw on countertop. (Approx: 1 hour) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove bread from plastic and place on sheet pan in oven for 5-8 minutes. Bonus Tip: Place an oven-safe container full of water on the bottom rack of the oven while it pre-heats. Sauce Allow sauce to thaw. Heat in sauce pan and stir until heated through. Chicken Scallopini Transfer to an oven safe container. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Loosen lid. Heat for 30-35 minutes Chicken Piccata Transfer to an oven safe container. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Loosen lid. Heat for 25-30 minutes Chicken Parmigiano Transfer to an oven safe container. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Loosen lid. Heat for 20-25 minutes. Eggplant Parmigiano Transfer to an oven safe container.Remove parchment paper from under the lid. Place lid back on loosely. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes. Allow dish to sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
