Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur Reheating Instructions

Carlino’s is proud to be a part of your holiday celebration. Our chefs have made each dish especially for you. We have crafted these special holiday meals to the point of perfection, so we ask you to follow our simple, easy-to-follow reheating instructions to serve your guests with a delicious, home cooked meal from our kitchen to yours!

L’Shana Tova!

Step 1. Preheat your oven to the indicated temperature.

Step 2: Remove food item from refrigeration and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 min. (soups, pasta & side dishes) to 1 hour (for main course items) before proceeding with heating instructions.

Step 3: Heat and serve.

ALL NATURAL SOUPS

*Due to the variance in home ovens, cooking times may differ. Be sure to check for preferred doneness.

Transfer soup into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently for approximately 15 minutes, or until heated through.

HORS D’OEUVRES

Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat through for approximately 15–20 minutes.

QUICHE

Quinoa Patties

Preheat oven to 375°F. Transfer patties to a baking sheet in a single layer. Heat for 8-10 minutes, or until heated through.

VEGETABLES

Side Vegetable Dishes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Loosen the lid. For small and medium trays, heat for approximately 20-25 minutes. For Large pans, heat for 30-35 minutes.

HOMEMADE BAKED GOOD & DESERTS

Be sure to remove from refrigeration for at least 30 minutes to allow the full flavors of the handmade delicacies to develop.

MEAT & FISH ENTRÉES

Sliced Braised Beef Brisket

Preheat oven to 325°F. Cover the pan with foil. Heat for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to heat for an additional 10 minutes. Heat gravy in a sauce pan over medium low heat to approximately 5-8 minutes, or until heated through. Whisk periodically. Serve on top of the brisket or on the side.

Grilled Chicken Breast

Preheat oven to 350°F. Loosen lid. For small and medium sizes, heat for 15-20 minutes.

Whole Roasted Chicken

Transfer whole chicken to a baking dish. Heat for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until heated through. Cut chicken into pieces and serve hot.

Fresh Fish (unstuffed):

Preheat oven to 350°F. Loosen lid. Heat for 15–20 minutes.

Fresh Fish (stuffed):

Preheat oven to 350°F. Loosen lid. Heat for 20–25 minutes.
