2016-2017 Villard 18 New residential complex Piacenza, Area consorzio agrario The new residential complex acts as a link between the redevelopment of the farmer’s market and that of the warehouses. The project starts from the empty spaces of via Colombo, from which the main three residential towers begin. They adopt the brise soleil system on all the façades where the elevations are dictated by the user and not by the designer. On the lower level, there are services connected to the residence and commercial areas. On the roofs of commercial spaces there is an exclusive green space for residents. The complex has a modular structure and provides various types of housing ranging from 25 mq to 200 mq. The project is sized according to the planned residential project. The new complex becomes the new totem for the redevelopment of the area.

2. Pescara summer school 2017 PSS17-RIQUALIFICAZIONE AREA AGIP

September 2017 Pescara summer school 2017 Restaurant area and new totem Pescara, University Social Weaving, Tessiture, is a project that starts from the lines of the urban context, follows these lines and creates a big public space inside the project area, the Agip area. What? It’s a big space caracterized by the greenery, connected with the university and viale Pindaro. We have designed also a restaurant and a pub. The area has a day and night usability and can be used also for festivals and events. Why? The project’s aim is to create a public space for students and residents of the area and to give architectural value to the self-service restaurants of the Agip. Whitch meaning? Thanks to the position and to the design project, we have tried to create a door, that rapresents the access to the sud area of Pescara and the access for the university campus. The project focused the attention on the idea of square as a connection between university and city.

3. library for pescara NEW UNIVERSITARY CAMPUS’ PROJECT

September-February 2015-2016 Design studio 3 Library Pescara, University The project focuses the attenction over the two biggest public’s students space in Pescara city, situated in the middle of Italy. The Universitary Campus, in fact, was born as the sum between the existent universiy Gabriele D’Annunzio and the new library’s building space. What they have in common is the big square in the middle, fulcrum of the project. The big project has two different entrances who create a path crossing the space and dividing it in two sides. The first building we have on the right side is the complex of the library, three floors for the books open consulting and studying spaces. The second important building is the auditorium on the left and an offices building. The importantest area is the underground one who connects all the spaces in a big collective area: cafè, museum, playground area, relaxing area media and so on. The big square outside offers several funcions as space for concerts, studying, a water area wih a fountain and a cafeteria.

September-February 2015-2016 Urban planning 2 Social Housing Pescara The project focuses the attenction on the main problem of Pescara. The city has several problems such as less space for the green areas and too much space related to residences and buildings costruction. The area was born on a ex-citizen center project of the Asse Pendolo road, a street who had the function to connect and join in the fastest way possible, two sides of the city. Eveything was as planned as in the P.R.G. was written: bicycle road, pedestrian roads and green spaces, to solve -the common usual italian - suburbs problem not developed in the city. The operation tries to create a new point in the suburb of the city to solve all that social problems tht are really important and nowadays really shamed. Two differents areas are made for the residencial community, with four different buldings they have different floors with a stair and corridor in common, opened on the city, and protected by sun by wood panels; in the basemant find places as service for shopping and bars, while the other spaces is for the recreation of the owe residents. Living community is in fact, the word of the project. The other one is made for the city its self. New series of tennis fields, basketball fields, running paths and playground spaces are divided by the main road to the residential area but are shared by everyone. This is side who “looks at the city”

Fabruary-July 2015 Design studio 2 Recovery Matta Pescara The idea of ​​the project starts from simple reflections: the recovery of two historical elements through a connection, a clean cut, and the creation of a third element that responds to the needs and conception of the project from scratch. The spaces that have come to create determine new uses and new environments, thanks to the lightness and the sensation of semi-open space that glass attributes, the oppression of the spaces given by the surrounding context, not very adequate to the historical value, is lost of the studio site.

Fabruary-July 2017 Restoration Studio del centro storico di Lentella Lentella, Chieti Lentella, located in the sub-Apennines frentano between the Sangro and Trigno is a center of a few inhabitants 699 to about 400meters of altitude. It is on a portion of plaster. The plaster stone is the main building material, which gives a characteristic shine to the factories of the center. It is a typical center of controcrine, built in the early Middle Ages that has had an expansion along the most downstream part. It is of rural character, highlighted by the typical factories of Abruzzo with the rustic floor in the lower part following the level curves. The village has assumed uneven features. The project is to create a chorus and to recover a building near the main square, giving it new functions.

February-July 2016 Drawing of the architecture 3 Studing and analising Turin Turin This work was published in METROPOLI, a Livio Sacchi’s book. Turin is one of the most important city and the fourth biggest city in Italy. It is also one of the most industrialized city of Italy. There are several industrys as famous as FIAT CHRYSLER and so on. The study made on the city is something very meticulous and elaboreted as well. Starting from a big scale, we studied the city from the geographic contest and geomorphology. Developed among the mountains, in the north-west of Italy the city is crossed by the Po river. Turin, is not only a city, but is something more: it is a metropolitan city, wich means that it has got many districts insides of it, 316, who takes it as the most distrected city in Italy, after Rome and Milan. Inside of it the city is divided in other districts as well, 10 in the total. Moreover the metrolopolitan area, also called BELLT, counts more than 2 millions inhabitants, while the city of Turin, counts a little bit more than 900 thousands inhabitants. The study of the city continues with points like the numbers of green, schools, infrastructures and structures. At the end there is also an important analysi made on the architecture. We redesigned in 3D modelling the principal architectural buildings, from all most important architect from all around the world, who gave their signature to Turin city.

JULY 2017 YAC Competition Observatory Houses Roccamandolfi,Isernia Il nostro progetto propone l’utilizzo di un sistema modulare per la costituzione di diverse configurazioni di abitazioni, dalla cabina dalle dimensioni più modeste alla villa dotata di tutti i comfort. Inoltre, per provvedere alla creazione di servizi e aree didattiche, si è pensato di estendere l’area di progetto alla rocca, andando ad approcciarsi nel rispetto della preesistenza antica ma anche imprimedo un segno forte attraverso la reintegrazione dell’immagine dell’antico bastione crollato nel 1940 a causa delle cattive condizioni in cui verteva la rocca. Abbagliati dal fulgore delle nostre metropoli, viviamo spesso dimentichi della straordinaria visione che la volta celeste è in grado di offrirci; ma resistono luoghi -lontano dalle luci, lontano dalle città- dove lo spettacolo dell’infinito continua a manifestarsi in tutta la propria inafferrabile e commovente bellezza.

Gennaio 2017 YAC Competition Castle Resort Roccascalegna,Chieti Il progetto propone un insieme di elementi modulari in legno, i quali in base alla dimensione hanno diverse funzioni. Esso rispecchia il programma di un resort, il quale cerca di soddisfare una ambia fascia di visitarori, dai più avventurieri ai più esigenti. Gli elementi abitativi sono stati posizionati nel versante di più alberato e più ‘‘privato’’, il quale fa godere di una vista unica. Gli elementi comune invece, come il ristorante sono situati più adiacenti alla strada, nella parte più spianata e più rada di alberature. Il castello invece, nello stato di rudere verrà arricchito solo di un camminamento, leggero e reversibile che migliorerà l’accessibilità e lo arricchisce di nuovi punti di vista.
