Intervention

The Project is based on a medium-scale urban intervention in the city of carora, located in the Lara state, venezuela. in the sector of study an important uvial axis is observed, which has been submitted to study and the repercussions that it has with the city, sub spaces used, low scales, scarce urban equipment. by means of proposed uses it is tried to reuse and condition the uvial axis, to propose equipment along the axis that help its permanence and maintenance, through mixed uses to give dynamism to the historic center. Through proposed urban regulations in an important commercial hub of the city, mixed uses, sidewalk treatments, continuous proles, bus stops, growth in height.

The project is based on the recovery of an axis (quebrada) that crosses the city of Camp, which serves as a landď€ ll, propose new uses that energize the sector, which proposes a meeting place that is predominantly residential, also giving a new front to the church, to revitalize a space that is used by the boys scout and the communal council, adding it with mixed uses that also can help to generate income that helps for the maintenance of the areas, endowment of urban equipments that help for the organization and the growth from the city

Project Laps : 2015-02 Location:Barquisimeto, Venezuela Team: Carlos Davila / Angel Rosales Status: Project Through a contest run by the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, a recovery of a space is required, as parameters are requested that can be constructed by the students themselves and being feasible economically it is required that they be with reused materials and that they can be durable .

Being this a space of transition between two areas, some modules are projected that can be used for both spaces and that achieve dynamism and be an attractor of the student population, serving this for multiple uses such as, workshop, projection areas, exhibition, exhibition of jobs, workshop, leisure.
