WATERTANK

Foodpark stores its water reserves underground. These are used for watering our plants as well as for sanitation.

WATERCOLLECTION WADI’S

This extra insulation keeps our buildings cool in summer and minimises heat loss in winter. In addition to heat and cold insulation, this glass also provides better sound insulation.

By using climbing plants that grow in front of our glass façade, the building will not only integrate more into its green surroundings, but also have a cooling effect in summer.

RECYCLED ROCKWOOL

STEEL

Our structure consists of steel columns encased in wood.

TRIPPLE GLASS FACADE GREEN FACADE

VERTICAL GARDEN

Vertical Farming is an economically cautious and efficient choice as it grows quickly, weighs little and occupies less area.

WADI’S

A wadi retains rainwater and purifies it, after which the water infiltrates into the subsoil. In this way, the wadi helps against flooding and drought.

GREEN PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY

Foodpark has a green pedestrian pathway connecting the mixed function building,to the other building all the way to the canal.
