The location of San Cristobal Ranch is 20 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas but it feels as if it were a world away from Cabo; this is a protected ecological reserve, overlooking the majestic Pacific that offers a location for a fun and enjoyable bike ride designed for everyone. Once at the ranch the team will train you in the use of mountain bikes and will provide a helmet, gloves and bottle water. While riding your bicycle the guide will take you

through this unique landscape and incredible region of Cabo that very few tourists get a chance to experience. Caborey
The Caborey is the product of the creative mind of Ed Dutko, a man with a legacy of providing excellent boating tours in Mexico. He began his career back in 1963 in Acapulco where he had originally arrived with the intent to produce a film. When the film didn't pan out, he switched gears and decided to purchase a small boat offering tours of Acapulco's many beautiful sights. The thought occurred to him that tourists might enjoy viewing Acapulco from above. Thus, the concept of parasailing was born. He made a successfully living offering traditional boat and parasailing tours for 20 years. The enterprises he began in Acapulco conti-

nue to run successfully to this day. Then he relocated with his Mexican-born wife to Cabo San Lucas, this time with the intent to build not just a boat, but a ship. The plan was to build a luxury, triple-deck catamaran the likes of which Cabo had never seen. The fabulous Caborey is 144 feet long by 40 feet wide. It has three decks, is powered by two 400 horse power Detroit diesel engines, has two generators, and four 70 ton air conditioners.
