COASTES FOR SENTOSA EVENT SPACES
I know it sounds cliche, but I have always dreamt of a beach wedding. Because of this restaurant in Sentosa, Singapore, I was able to be as close to my dream as I can get. First off: I was not about to get married. Well, not yet. I was the one in charge of planning this corporate event for a new bikini line our company had made a deal with. We are the one in charge of boosting their brand, and we have thought, of course, of a beach-themed corporate event. Since their brand is about bikini, bathing suits, and other beachwear, we have thought of renting this restaurant that opens their space for corporate events. Coastes, located on the beautiful sandy shores of Siloso Beach opened their doors for us to have our corporate event there in their restaurant. Their Sentosa event space not only guarantees a good and refreshing view, and experience, they also have refreshing designs in white and blue. Everything truly looks magical. Organising our corporate event in such a location as in Sentosa had me enjoying my work. With my boyfriend in tow, we were able to have romantic dates whenever I am done with my work. The corporate event we were thinking of, of course, is a fashion show at the beach. It will happen at dinner time, so it is a good thing Coastes has a scrumptious set of menus. Here are some of my favourite choices: Seafood Risotto This risotto, with its red sauce, has marvellous choices of seafood that goes well along with your Italianoriginated dish. It has fresh tiger prawns, codfish, crab meat, and asparagus. I can truly tell that the seafood is very fresh, because the dish itself is so sinful. After having tasted them, I knew that I have to cheat on my diet why I am here in Sentosa.
Spicy wings I really got my hands dirty because of how good their Spicy Wings is! Its sauce is just the right amount of sweetness, smokey-ness, and spiciness. One bite, and you will be welcomed with its wave of tangy sauce. My favourite part in it is how perfectly cooked the chicken is. Seafood Stew This is the perfect dish when you are out at night in the Siloso Beach, and the air is cool. You get to sip the warm stew that goes perfectly with the coolness of the air. Just as the waves slap gently on the shore, the seafood stew also blankets in your palate in a calm, caressing manner as it brings you the taste of the sea with the umami of fresh prawns, scallops, clams, crayfish, and fish. These are just some of the dishes I enjoyed. Of course, the corporate event in Sentosa is a success. Everybody loved the place! Especially me and my boyfriend when we went out on our own, and spent quality time enjoying the place. I highly recommend Coastes for their restaurant for corporate events space. We might as well have our wedding here.
