GINGERBREAD MAN INGREDIENTS: • • • • • •

200gr of butter/ margarine 100gr of icing sugar 400gr self raising flour 1 teaspoon of ground ginger ½ teaspoon salt currants or smarties or lacasitos.

EQUIPMENT: • • •

a bowl baking tray aluminium foil

PREPARATION TIME: 30 minutes

COOKING TIME: 10-15 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 180º 2. Put the butter, icing sugar, self raising flour, ginger and salt in a bowl and mix them to form a dough. 3. Roll out the dough to ½ centimeter thickness. 4. Stamp out the gingerbread men shapes with a cutter. 5. Place aluminium foil on the baking tray. Place your gingerbread shapes on the lined tray, allowing space for them to spread. 6. Press on smaties (lacasitos) for the mouth, eyes, nose... 7. Cook for 10-15 minutes until they turn brown. BY. MY RECIPE: papajotes

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS:

1.Put in a bowl the eggs, sugar, milk, flour,

mix all the ingredients.

1.Fry the meat and pepper.

to put in the frying pan the oil and fry the chorizo and the bacon .

3.Fry the bread. add the garlic in the oil

4. Add the meat and peppers and mix.

MY RECIPE: Paella

INGREDIENTS: • 400 g of rice • 800 ml of broth of fish • 1 big cuttlefish • 12 prawn • 6 scampi • 250 g mussel • 1 chilli • salt • parsley

INSTRUCTIONS: Fry the cuttlefish, prawn, scampi and the mussels. Fry the onions and the garlic Add the tomatoes Put the rice and add the broth

MY RECIPE: GAZPACHO.

1- First peel the ingredients except the tomatoes and the pepper. This is not necessary.

INGREDIENTS: • 1 Kilogram of tomatoes. • 1 green pepper. • 1 cucumber. • 50 milligrams of oil. • 250 milligrams of water. • 5 grams of salt • 30 milligrams of vinegar. • You can add an onion and a red pepper.

PREPARATION TIME: It took 15 minutes of preparation of the vegetables..

COOKING TIME: It took 1 hour in the fridge.

2-Chop the vegetables. 3-Beat the vegetables. 4- Add the water and beat then. 5-Later add the salt, the vinegar and the oil and mix then. 6-Finally put it in the fridge.


MY RECIPE:Orange cake

INSTRUCTIONS: 1 Use a yoghurt container to measure other ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: 1 natural yoghurt 3 eggs 3 glass of flour 2 glass of sugar 1 big orange olive oil 1 packet of yeast butter

PREPARATION TIME:45 minutes

COOKING TIME:35 minutes

2 Preheat the oven at 180*. 3 Grate the skin of the orange and save it. 4 Peel the orange chop it and add the pieces in a bowl. 5 Add the sugar,the eggs,the oil and the yoghurt in the bowl and mix them. 6 Add flour and yeast and mix them. 7 Extend butter in a bowl. 8 Put the dough in the tin and put it in the oven. 9 Turn off the oven and put out the cake and leave it rest. 10 Serve it!


MY RECIPE: Salmorejo.

INSTRUCTIONS: • Cut the tomatoes into chunks and grind them.

INGREDIENTS:

• Add the bread and grind them.

• 1 kg of tomatoes.

• then add the olive oil.

• 1 clove garlic.

• Put it in the fridge for 30 minuts.

• 200 g of bread.

• Add the ham and the egg.

• 150 ml of olive oil.

INGREDIENTS: • 250 g biscuits • 2 packet of curd • 350 g cream cheese • 125 g butter • 100 g sugar • 400 ml liquid cream • 112 ml milk • Jam

PREPARATION TIME: 20 min

COOKING TIME: 1 day

2 Melt witha butter and mix with the biscuits 3 Put the biscuits in the tin 4 In the saucepan add the milk, the sugar,the cheese and the cream and stir 5 Add the curd dissolved in milk 6 Stir and to put it in a tin 7 Add the jam on to the dough 8 Then put in to the fridge

MY RECIPE: chocolate Brownie the chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS: 1:Melt the chocolate and the butter

2:Mix:eggs,baking soda,sugar and flour

INSTRUCTIONS: -Mix the water with the yeast.

INGREDIENTS: -1 Kilogram of flour. -1 spoon (small) teaspoon of salt. -2 ¹/₂ cups of warm water. -30 grams of yeast

-Add 2 spoons of oil and mix. -Add the flour and salt. - Knead the dough well. -Chop in 4 parts, create 4 balls and cover with a cloth. Rest the doough for 45 minutes. -Spread the dough. -Add the ingredients:
