We’re going to have “Fun, Fun, Fun” at the White Pines Playhouse in Oregon. Join us for the Sounds of Summer show - an incredible Beach Boys tribute including over 30 hits and the story behind America’s band. The authentic look and sound brings you back to the ’60’s and have you “California Dreamin’” to “Do It Again.” A delicious hot lunch buffet is included at the Playhouse.

Come out to Simkus Recreation Center on April 25 from 10-11am for an exclusive program guide preview day Check out all of the adult trips and events we’re offering for Summer and register before we open to the public! Paint your way into summer with provided project and be entered into a raffle for a park district gift certificate! Light snacks will be served This event is free to attend Preregistration required for all painters Note: Must attend event to be eligible for raffle One winner will be drawn on 4/25

Fine Wine & Tasty Cheese

We’re headed to Champaign for a day of tasting Our first stop is to Prairie Fruits Farm and Creamery, home to over 100 milking goats and over 80 acres of perennial crops The tour of the farm includes cheese tasting and a DIY sandwich lunch with cheese, salamis and breads from the farm Next, we’re headed to Alto Vineyards for wine tasting We taste four of their highly awarded wines at their beautiful vineyard A valid state ID is required Must be 21+ to attend this trip

Tulip Time

Enjoy the beauty of spring as we head to Holland, MI for the 94th annual Tulip Time Festival Our day begins with an included lunch of turkey sandwich, vegetable, cookie and water Enjoy the Art in Bloem Fine Art Showcase before we meet back at the bus for a guided tour of Holland Next, we’ve got your ticket to the Windmill Island Gardens for a walk through a traditional Dutch street with shops and houses fashioned after traditional Dutch villages, leading up to the famous DeZwaan Windmill – all surrounded by 150,000 tulips
