The dual station can charge two vehicles at the same time, and will be available for use during Fountain View Recreation Center opening hours. Installation of the charging station was funded through a grant, and by a $2500 donation from Carol Stream’s Joe Cotton Ford.

Employment Opportunities Full and part time opportunities at the Carol Stream Park District are posted online at http://www.csparks.org/category/jobs/ and on the bulletin boards at Simkus Recreation Center. Carol Stream Park District is an equal opportunities employer.

On January 1, 2014 the new Illinois Conceal and Carry law took effect. Under the law, weapons are still prohibited from all government properties and public parks. To reflect this law change new ‘no concealed carry’ signage will be displayed at our parks and facilities.

Who We Are

The Carol Stream Parks Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing additional financial support for public parks and recreation programs of the Carol Stream Park District. It is managed by a board of directors who live or work locally and are passionate about providing a strong financial foundation for parks and recreation in the community.

Planning a party, reunion, picnic or wedding? Reserve a picnic shelter in one of our parks for a great outdoor outing anytime from April through October. Reservations can be made beginning February first for that calendar year. Call (630) 784-6100 for more information.

The Carol Stream Park District continually strives to reduce such risks and insists that all participants follow safety rules and instructions that are designed to protect the participants’ safety. However, participants and parents/guardians of minors registering for the above listed programs/activities must recognize that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in recreational activities/programs.
