ARTWORK
Artwork submitted in PDF/AI/EPS formats (with fonts converted to curves) are preferred as they allow us to work quickly and efficiently without having to alter the artwork sent in. Hi-Res JPG, Hard Copy and PSD files are also acceptable in situations that do not allow for the former to be utilised. Advisory information sheets available from our sales advisors.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following is extracted from The Carole Group Limited full terms and conditions of Trading, copies of which are available on request.
COLOURS
The prices quoted are valid as at 1st October 2015 The company reserves the right to change the specification and invoiced prices without prior notice, although every attempt will be made to give reasonable notice whenever possible.
CARRIAGE
The right is reserved to supply up to a certain maximum over or under the ordered quantity of printed goods and these overs will be charged at the contract rate for the actual number of goods supplied. The maximum applicable will depend upon the practice of the particular trade of goods supplied but normal tolerances are +/- 5%.
PAYMENT
Prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of despatch. Different arrangements apply for exports to EEC and non EEC countries.
All products supplied in complementary assorted colours as illustrated. Single colours are available where you see (SC). This is an option to receive specific colours instead of the general assortment. Carriage is paid on all orders in excess of £200 excl. VAT. UK mainland only excluding remote Scotland and off-shore islands. Payment is in £GBP unless otherwise agreed. Payment is strictly net 30 days from the date of invoice.
COPYRIGHT
Carole accepts orders and artwork on the understanding that clients hold copyright over the information supplied. This covers illustrations, photographs or hard copy reference. Further, that clients will indemnify Carole against any claim so arising from using the aforementioned information that infringes copyright.
PRODUCTS ILLUSTRATED
Where possible, the items shown in the Catalogue have been supplied by Carole to the attractions or organisations illustrated. In certain cases logo’s have been used to demonstrate what can be achieved in personalisation. This does not mean that the attraction or organisation ordered or received these goods.
The Carole Group Limited is bound by carriers’ terms and therefore claims for non-delivery of all or part of the consignment must be notified in writing within 48 hours after the date of delivery, or 7 days of the invoice date, whichever is sooner. All goods remain the property of the Carole Group Limited until such time as payment has been received in full. In the event of any claim against us in respect of any matter whatsoever, our liability (if any) shall be limited to the replacement of the goods sold by us in respect of which the liability arises. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall we be liable for any consequential loss or damage.
