ARCHITECTURE DESING Instructors: Aleixo Furtado and Cristiane Guinancio Group work The project was to build and student acommodation for 700 students. The complex is located at the main campus of University of Brasilia. First, we developed at an urbanism scale in order to connect the new project with the orginals biuldings (which are abandoned) and revitalize the area. The buildings has square form, despite the originals are retangular, but it works because of its urbanism that embrace the entire complex creating an living area in the middle and making possible an future expansion. At the architectural scale, we took in account the needs of an university student and developed an Executive Project of Interior Architecture for one of the apartaments of the reference floor plan.
