Stick & Ball is an equestrian, polo-inspired, luxury apparel and lifestyle brand founded in Mill Valley, California in 2011. Our designs take inspiration from the amazing sport of polo in the rolling, country hills of California down to the vast pampas in Argentina and touch down on the Andes in between. We adore the horse. We cherish old leather boots as much as the most coveted high heels. And the amazing sport of polo, whether played casually in the countryside, on the beaches of Mexico, in the vast steppes of Mongolia or in Palermo, Argentina, is what has driven us to create this line and share it with you. Hand crafted in the U.S.A. of fine, Italian, vegetable tanned leather. These equestrian inspired pieces are offered in a rich palette of colors and exude quality, tradition and pure, natural beauty. We use the highest quality tanning methods that are environmentally friendly without the use of harmful chemicals. The process happens slowly in wooden drums using natural tannins found in barks, branches, leaves and fruits. Among the various tanning methods, vegetable tanning is the most natural, classical, traditional and recognizable giving our leathers and products unique characteristics and patinas over time and the most environmentally-friendly result.
