It is your responsibility to be aware that when you are affiliating with a charity or fundraiser in any manner or conducting any type of sale to assist a charity or fundraiser as part of your Thirty-One business, you must comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and legal requirements. Thirty-One Gifts cannot give you express or implied consent on any partnerships for fundraising because each state has different laws governing charitable contributions. Games of Chance/Raffles When you are affiliating with any games of chance and/or raffle or conducting any type of sales different than our business model as part of your Thirty-One business, you must comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and legal requirements.
