Modul-Boxes with windows The Modul-Box is a practically designed storage box. It has an ergonimically shaped handle and can be fitted with a viewing window to view the product and maximise the storage capacity.

Drawer units for Mobil-Boxes The Mobil-Box drawer unit is intended to provide safe and easy storage for Mobil-Boxes. The frame allows individual configuration of Mobil-Boxes and drawers. The Mobil-Box is a portable toolbox that is light and very robust.
Graphite grey and soft silver metallic The graphite grey and soft silver metallic colours were selected to give the system an attractive, modern appearance. They also complement your vehicle and create a professional impression.
Compact Series The innovative Compact Series shelves permit a 30 per cent increase in storage volume compared with a traditional shelf system.

Because it is secured to a T-track, the depth of the extension frame can be adjusted to give a perfect fit to the vehicle body.
To help optimise weight, modules can be fitted with end panels or tool boards to suit individual needs. The system is also constructed from high strength steel which combines maximum strength and safety with a reduction in weight resulting in lower vehicle operating costs.
Installation One factor common to all modules is that they are designed to be installed quickly and safely. The smart surface mounting makes it easy to check that components have been installed correctly. The use of T-track provides a very effective way of using the correct mounting points in your vehicle.

An introduction to our range Modul-System is made up of modules with a support frame that is designed to give added strength. The base version of support frame is naked, and this can be clad with end panels and/or tool boards to suit individual needs and improve versatility for the user. All essential structural strength is provided by the frame, which is self-supporting and takes up all loads. The system is painted in hard-wearing colours: graphite grey and soft silver metallic.

The frame is also cleverly designed to increase strength and practicality by incorporating a unique, patented T-track. This track acts as an interface to other modules and provides an easy way to attach accessories. The integrated T-track also permits flexible positioning of a series of products, such as top shelves and handles, so the racking system can be fully adapted to your vehicle’s needs. All modules are designed so that they can be installed safely. The fast and simple surface mounting system makes it easy to check that components have been installed correctly. The system is designed to make use of the correct mounting points in the vehicle as effectively as possible. The integrated T-track also helps in this respect, as it allows mounting points to be adjusted easily.
The entire system has been designed using a common modular dimension of 27 mm. A single module is 324 mm wide, which makes it very easy to organise the space inside a vehicle for a given number of modules, to suit requirement. Modules come in three different depths: 216 mm, 324 mm and 486 mm.
Within each module it is also possible to combine the products used in an endless variety of ways. For example, the drawers fitted to a drawer unit can be rearranged as needed, or even replaced with a locker door if desired. 3

Modularity in every direction, combined with a universal interface between modules results in a simplified system and products that have multiple applications. Extension frames can, for example, be used as extension legs, support bars or floor angles, and a single size of tool board can be used on drawer units, lockers and extension frames.

In addition, 11 variants of our drawer units and five variants of our lockers have a square base (324 mm x 324 mm or 486 mm x 486 mm), which makes them especially versatile, as they can be rotated 360 degrees within a racking system. All Modul-System products have been developed and designed to withstand the forces they are subjected in a vehicle while driving, which generally means a safety factor of three compared with a stationary vehicle. Our products are thoroughly tested for load capacity and collision strength, and approved to the European TÜV standard. Dimensions and materials are optimised to maximise load capacity and not only survive long-term transport use, but to minimise weight and thus meet requirements for low fuel consumption and environmental impact.

Drawer units Modul-System drawer units are modular in width, depth and height, and can easily be combined with other products and drawer units in the range. Drawer unit support frames have an integrated, uniquely designed T-track that is used for securing cargo, attaching accessories and for versatile surface mounting. End panels, tool boards and locks can be added as optional accessories. Drawers can be arranged as required and are available in three heights (low, medium and high). Each drawer is fitted with ball bearing runners as standard, and opens fully to give unrestricted access to contents. The maximum load is 30 kg per drawer, with a maximum of 100 kg per drawer unit. For extra heavy loads (max. 50 kg per drawer) medium and high drawers can be fitted with double ball bearing runners.

Drawer units with integrated stand These units have an integrated stand that is 54 mm high and allows cargo to be placed on the floor without obstructing opening of the bottom drawer.
Drawer unit support frames for Mobil-Boxes and drawers Drawer unit support frames allow safe and easy storage of Mobil-Boxes. Modular in width, depth and height, frames can easily be combined with other products and drawer units with a depth of 324 mm. The frames allow Mobil-Boxes to be individually arranged on fixed or extendable shelves, along with drawers if required (see Modular accessories p. 40–41). Lockers Modul-System’s range of lockers provides effective storage for your cargo and can usefully be combined with drawer units and other components. All vertical, horizontal and gas lockers are modular in width, depth and height. Support frames have an integrated, uniquely designed T-track that can be used for securing cargo, attaching accessories and for versatile surface mounting. Lockers with a square base are especially versatile as they can be rotated through a full 360 degrees.
Gas locker and vertical storage locker Vertical lockers are supplied with end panels and doors as standard. The locker door can be mounted on the right or left. As an option, lockers can be fitted with shelves and a clothes bar, and equipped with an external lock for added security. The gas locker has a leak-proof door seal, separate coupling for ventilation, plus a gas bottle holder.

In a standard specification the locker frame can be placed in front of a wheel arch to provide a very secure base for drawer units and / or lockers with a load capacity of up to 200 kg. The clearance is 351/459 mm. The locker frame can easily be equipped with a drop-down door or front panel in aluminium, or a door with gas springs that is hinged at the top. Frames with a height of 486 mm can also be fitted with a worktop to provide additional work space. NOTE! Cannot be combined with door with gas springs. With the addition of a locker kit comprising base, top, sides and back, you can convert a locker frame into a horizontal locker that can be installed above floor level as part of a racking system.

Doors for wheel arch frames and horizontal lockers Doors are available in widths of 810 mm, 972 mm and 1134 mm. All doors are fitted with gas springs that ensure smooth opening and closing. The opening angle is 90 degrees. The door handle has a built-in catch that prevents it from opening while driving. Also suitable for wheel arch frames fitted with an optional bench top.

Adjustable shelves (top shelves adjustable in width) in depths of 216 mm and 324 mm are used to store long items. The hinged end makes loading easier. The corner shelf is useful where the side of the vehicle meets a partition. Shelf has a modular depth of 324 mm and height of 54 mm.
Shelves with hinged front Shelf system with integrated hinged front in anodised aluminium. Available in three modular widths, two heights and two depths. The hinged front provides a large storage capacity and the practical locking mechanism makes it easy to open and close the front, as well as reducing noise during driving. The hinged front is not a standard shelf component.
Compact Series shelves CS shelves form an innovative shelf system, which when combined with Modul-Boxes provides very space-efficient storage, since the design of the shelves allows them to be placed edge to edge. This system offers a cost-effective alternative to drawer units for lighter, less bulky loads, such as consumables used by electricians and service technicians. For maximum safety the Modul-Boxes are latched in position when pushed back, but are simply released by raising the handle. Shelves are 54 mm high and are designed for widths of 324 mm to 1134 mm, and depths of 216 mm, 324 mm and 486 mm. Modul-Boxes are sold separately.

Extension frames and extension plates

Extension frames and extension plates are used to extend the height, and are modular in height and available in depths of 216 and 324 mm. Extension frames are fitted to shelf end supports and/or drawer units and lockers. They can also be used as extension legs in front of wheel arches. The integral T-track allows the depth of the extension frame to be adjusted to give the best fit against the body of the vehicle. The extension plate is used for mounting a shelf on top of drawer units. The shelf can be attached to the extension plates using standard bolt fasteners.
Legs for shelf end supports Legs for shelf end supports are useful for mounting shelf end supports over wheel arches, for example. They are modular in height and available in heights of 108, 216 and 378 mm.
Tool boards for shelf end supports and modules Perforated tool boards for placing on shelf end supports and modules such as drawer units, drawer unit frames and extension frames. The hole pattern permits attachment of accessories such as waste paper baskets and form holders. When combined with tool hooks they provide versatile and convenient tool storage. Tool boards simply clip on to shelf end supports.

Racking-system with floor angle and toolbox support
Floor angle and supports Floor angle and support bars Combined floor angle and support bar. Modular in height and width. Floor angle is used to prevent standing items from sliding out into the middle of the floor while driving. Designed to be installed at floor level, or higher up between shelf end supports, drawer units or lockers, for example. The support bar is used to provide support underneath adjoining drawer units and lockers, in combination with shelves.
Toolbox support The Modul-System toolbox support holds toolboxes and tool cases upright between shelf end supports or in front of wheel arches, and prevents them from sliding sideways. The toolbox support attaches directly to the system T-track and can then be slid along the track into the desired position.
Shelf bracket Adjustable bracket for top shelves with a depth of 216 mm. The bracket is adjusted to the same angle as the wall of the vehicle, then fixed in the required position using pop rivets. The bracket is designed for use where it is not possible to use extension frames or extension plates.
Shelf support Shelf support that is designed to support corner shelves or provide additional support for shelves that carry heavy loads. The support angles on the shelf support are movable and can be adjusted in height.

Extendable drawer sections and frames Extendable drawer sections provide a system that can be used in cars, pickups and vans. The extendable drawer sections can accommodate most of the items you need to take along, from tools and instruments to document files and paper. The units can support a load of up to 70 kilograms and open 70 per cent of their depth. They are manufactured from aluminium with a natural anodised finish to protect against stains and scratches. The system can be freely combined to suit your cargo and vehicle perfectly. Units are available in two widths, two heights and five depths. They can be stacked on top of one another by using our stacking profiles. The extendable drawers have ball bearing runners for ease of opening and closing. All drawers are equipped with aluminium handles with a catch to hold the drawers closed while driving. Drawers also have a leaf spring safety catch to prevent them from sliding out fully when opened.

Accessories for drawer sections Extendable drawer sections can be combined with various accessories to provide efficient and versatile storage. The drawers can be lined with rubber mat, which can be supplied cut to size or in a 10-metre roll. To allow better organisation of materials and tools, drawer sections can be divided and filled with drawer inserts. Drawer dividers also provide a neat way of dividing drawers into smaller compartments and can easily be rearranged.

Drawer inserts allow extendable drawer sections to be divided into smaller compartments and provide better organisation of small tools and other equipment. Drawer inserts are supplied in sets of five plastic trays in various combinations of sizes. Kits 1, 2 and 3 are intended for narrow drawer sections, and kits 4 and 5 for wide drawer sections. Several kits can be combined within the depth of a drawer. To hold drawer inserts in place in the drawer they should be combined with drawer dividers. Material: Polypropylene. The extendable frame locks automatically in the extended and closed positions. Load capacity approx. 200 kg with an evenly distributed load. Modul-Cogo® kits The racking systems are pre-assembled and available with various different combinations of shelves and drawer units to cover the needs of most types of business. The pre-assembled Modul-Cogo® racking systems are available in three modular lengths of 1,5, 2.5 and 3.5 modules, depending on whether the vehicle has a side door or not. To fit the Modul-Cogo® racking system you first fit the correct bracket for the model of vehicle. The racking system itself is fitted quickly and easily to the bracket using 4 bolts. The racking system has protective panels at the rear of the shelves to prevent the equipment from damaging the sides of the vehicle. If the vehicle is fitted with internal side panels these must be removed before the racking system is fitted.

Floor lining, 9 mm and 12 mm 9 mm plywood flooring for simple and effective floor lining. Non-slip surface, fittings not included. Floor lining in 12 mm high-grade plywood is laminated and textured to ensure a durable, non-slip surface. Fittings for securing the floor lining to the body are included. Designed to use Modul-System’s patented, non-intrusive installation method (no need to drill holes in vehicle body and therefore especially recommended for vehicles that run on gas). Safety Approved Profile Installation (SAPI) fittings are sold separately.
Wall lining Wall lining consists of 4 mm high-density fibreboard with protective laminate. Tailored to the vehicle type and number of side doors. Surrounds for any windows are sold separately. Fittings for securing the wall lining to the body are included, clips are supplied where possible.

SAPI SAPI (Safety Approved Profile Installation) is a patented installation method that makes it possible to install racking systems without drilling holes in the vehicle floor structure and hence avoid corrosion and possible loss of value. The racking system is installed using mounting plates and T-nuts inserted in plywood flooring with a minimum thickness of 12 mm. The mounting plates are placed under the wood flooring where they spread the load and prevent the wood from splitting. This ensures the highest level of safety.

Our vice holders are available in several designs to suit all types of vehicle. The extendable holders UL, UH and UHX fit all vices and swivel bases. Vice holders are fitted with automatic safety catches in the extended and retracted positions. Choose a suitable holder height so that the vice is always at the right working height. Vehicles with a low loading height require a holder with a high mounting plate. Holders with a low mounting plate are intended for vehicles with a high loading height (also suitable for mounting on load platforms). Mounting plate size: Width 180 mm x length 200 mm.

Modul accessories for T-track Toolbox support The Modul-System toolbox support holds toolboxes and tool cases upright between shelf end supports or in front of wheel arches, and prevents them from sliding sideways. The toolbox support attaches directly to the T-track system and can then be slid along the track into the desired position.
Grab handle A handle that can be mounted on the T-track either horizontally or vertically. The T-track allows the handle to be adjusted into the desired position. By placing the handle at the end of a racking system near a side door and / or rear door it can be used to assist entry to and exit from the vehicle.
Modul lock An external lock designed for mounting in a T-track to provide a simple means of locking a locker or three drawers at the same time. It can be placed where desired on the racking system and can also be used to lock Mobil-Box shelves. On forward facing drawers the lock also provides additional security in the event of heavy breaking.
Lashing eyelet for T-track Lashing eyelets designed for quick attachment to T-track which means no additional cargo restraint track is needed. Tensile strength: 1800 kP. Grab handle
