How we are regulated Cartrefi Conwy is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) regulated by Welsh Government. The Regulatory Framework for Registered Social Landlords in Wales is the basis upon which Welsh Government holds Housing Associations accountable for their actions and ensures they provide good quality homes and high quality services.
The last Regulatory Opinion on Cartrefi Conwy was published in December 2019 and is available to view both on Cartrefi Conwy’s website and that of the Welsh Government (Housing Regulation). The judgement was based upon the Association’s own evaluation of its compliance with the performance standards together with regulatory intelligence gained through on-going, co-regulatory, relationship management between the Regulator and the Association.
