1988 Degree in architecture at the Faculty of Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan on 28 March 1988 - 1st Session , and qualified to practice the profession of architect, awarded by the Faculty of Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan - June / September 1988 . 1989 He enrolled in vocational Order of Architects of the Province of Parma on 28/01/1989 at n. 346 - A register 1996 In April he was elected member of the Council of the ‘ Order of Architects of the Province of Parma for the biennium 1996-1998 , in which he was appointed Director and the appointment of Head of the Cultural Commission. 1998 In May, he qualified to perform the services of the Safety Coordinator for the design and execution of work in the construction industry referred to in Annex V - art. 10 of Legislative Decree n ° 494/96 (italian law) 2012 In October, follows the certificates update modules for 2010/2011/2012 services Safety Coordinator required by Legislative Decree No. 81 /08 (italian law).
BIOGRAPHICAL
Marcello Carzedda born in Sardinia in the 1961. On the 1988 degree in architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan. From 1988 to 1992 worked on the architectural office of Guido Canali in Parma. From 1996 to 2008 operated in Sardinia as partner and manager designer for the A.R.P. associated office of Oristano. In 2008 he opened a office in Parma. In 2009 he was invited as a speaker by the Superintendent BAPSAE for the provinces of Cagliari and Oristano, for the European Heritage Days. In 2010 designs the organization of the Church of San Giuseppe degli Scolopi inside the national demonstration “Monuments open”.

Between 1978 and during his university years, worked at several architectural studies in Parma, in particular by architects F. Carpanelli, H. Uluhogian and G. Canali. For the latter, between 1981 and 1982, participates in the implementation of the wooden model and the design of general layout of the Palazzo della Pilotta of Parma, and executes of drawings of the project “ New home to a dairy consortium in Reggio Emilia “ for the publication in Casabella n ° 492. After graduation, for four years (1988/1992), worked in the architectural office of the architect Guido Canali in Parma, in particular with the development of the following projects: Restoration and recovery of the Certosa di Paradigna; Cruise Ship Costa Marina; Restructuring Sale and fitting of XIX Century in the National Gallery - Palazzo della Pilotta, (PR); Restoration and reuse Fortress Priamar, (SV); project winner of the competition for the recovery and reuse of the complex of Santa Maria della Scala in Siena. Take part in the international competition “ The Project Failed - second edition “ - the project was selected from among 15 finalists, that were exposed at the exhibition held at the Palace Sanvitale (february 1992). In 1994, on behalf of the Company Conosce Srl of Parma, is responsible for the turnkey construction of three public areas: conference room, stairs to the stern and night , the cruise ship “ Italia Prima “ in Genoa. Based on the layout of the whole in 1:50 scale provided by the client, develops the design of all construction details, and the approval obtained from the project designer and the Principal, coordinates and directs at the companies executing the production process all its stages, performing also the direction of the construction site for assembly and finishing works. In 1995 he designed the bar area of the Squash Club do Porto (Portugal), participates in the workshop of ideas on the PRG of Parma, with a project on the theme n. 3. From 1996 to 2008 operates in Sardinia (associated office A.R.P. of Oristano), dealing with the design of public and private works of restoration, renovation, new construction, urban renewal and museum exhibition. Among the most important of this period: Restoration and renovation of Grazia Deledda house, Nuoro; Redevelopment of the commercial centre Terranova in Olbia with arch. Aldo Rossi; Completion and construction of the Museum of Santa Giusta (Or); Restoration of building to be used as bread Museum in Villaurbana (Or); Restructuring, expansion and construction of the Ethnographic Museum of Nuoro; Restoration and construction of the municipal Museum P. Pau Nurachi (Or). In 2002 participates in the study days organized by the Scuola Normale of Pisa, Superintendent BAAAS Pisa , and Laboratory Museotecnico Goppion, held in Pisa, May 16 to 18. In 2009, a speaker at the conference organized by the Superintendent BAPSAE for the provinces of Cagliari and Oristano for the European Heritage Days on the theme “the bottom of places of worship ,” with the speech titled “The Church of St. Joseph in Scolopi Castle: the first batch of restoration work. Between 2009 and 2010 he designed the Redevelopment Bixio street in Parma ( with G. Salimei - T.studio ) and the Redevelopment of a Square Neighborhood St. Elizabeth in Parma. In 2010, on the occasion of the exhibition “ Monuments are open “ (Cagliari 8/9 Maj), designing the exhibition panels (texts and images) and by the construction of the Church of St. Joseph Scolopi in Cagliari. On 9 May as part of special initiatives, gives a lecture on the work of restoration within the Church.
