FALL 2017 Market REcap It has been a busy season on the road for us as we hosted markets in London, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Germany and New York! We were overall thrilled with the response to our latest collections, and look forward to getting them into your stores as fast as we can.

C H I CAG O We supported buyers at our consistently busiest market by sponsoring a coffee bar and beverage lounge to keep energy levels up throughout this whirlwind of a market.

LO N D O N The London Bridal Show resulted in a doubling of our European account base, as buyers and media agreed that “Casablanca Bridal is the next big thing” in the UK market and beyond.

D AL L AS Casablanca Bridal’s gowns graced the displays of the Dallas Market Center, luring buyers to discover our gorgeous collections in our private showroom.

Finishing display touches on our new showroom location in Atlanta were the highlight of our southeastern show this season.

European Bridal week was Casablanca Bridal’s debut market in the Germany area, with interest from a vast number of European countries across all three of our different labels.

While New York is a consistent destination for Casablanca Bridal, this was our first time exhibiting with The Knot Couture Show, and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

FALL 2017 PROMOTIONS STILL IN EFFECT If you did not have the opportunity to visit us at one of the markets, recall that you can still take advantage of our market specials until June 30th, 2017. This includes a free veil package with a qualifying minimum order. A qualifying minimum Casablanca Bridal order is 7 pieces with no more than 2 carryover styles. A qualifying minimum Beloved by Casablanca Bridal order is 6 pieces with no more than 2 carryover styles. For qualifying orders purchasing one more than minimum, a complimentary F17 gown will be offered. Please note that after June 30th, if you have failed to place a F17 and a S17 stock order, your account will be deemed inactive and unable to place any special orders. To become active again, you will need to re-apply to be re-opened. Approval will be based on location availability. This policy will be strictly enforced beginning July 1st, 2017.

G O W N H A N G TA G S F O R YO U R F L O O R S A M P L E S ! Shipping with your Fall 2017 stock order will be a hangtag featuring an image of the gown, along with Casablanca Bridal’s logo. We encourage all retailers to attach these tags to their floor samples. Casablanca Bridal’s gowns receive hundreds of thousands of impressions per month across our website, social media platforms, galleries with media partners such as The Knot, WeddingWire, Bridal Pulse, Bridal Guide and more. When a bride sees an image in store of a gown she has previously seen online, it will help trigger her memory of something that she is interested in purchasing. While this is a new initiative that is effective F17 and going forward, we will also be offering upon request gown tags for carryover styles available for stores to print off of our Asset Manager. You can submit requests for style numbers to be uploaded to the Asset Manager by emailing info@casablancabridal.com.


NEW PAYMENT TERMS! Casablanca is excited to offer a new payment dating program to our customers. Rather than split orders into separate shipments, we are offering to ship the entire order together, and split the payment into separate payments. For example, if you are a net 30 customer and request three shipments, one per month, we will ship everything on month one, and bill you in thirds over the next three months. This way you can get gowns into your store sooner, and begin taking orders! Customers currently on credit card payments have the same option available to them; we will charge your credit card at separate times, provided an application is filled out and approved. CASABLANCA CERTIFIED PHASE II Quarter 1 of 2017 saw an extremely lucrative season of Dealer Dividend bonuses in the form of $25 gift cards for each Casablanca Bridal gown sold by a Casablanca Certified consultant. Though the prize promotional period has now ended, we are still accepting certification tests. We encourage anyone who has not yet visited our retailer login’s Documents section, where the test can be found under the Brand Tools header, to do so. Plans are underway for an exciting and even more profitable Casablanca Certified Phase II, and only consultants who have completed Phase I will be eligible. Bonuses include more opportunity for $25 rewards, select designation as a Casablanca Certified store on our website’s store locator, a second, newly designed lapel pin and more.

CASABLANCA BRIDAL ROAD SHOW PROGRAM

This February, the Casablanca Bridal Sales & Marketing Department test piloted a brand-new program. Knowing that it can be difficult for stores to attend bridal markets, and knowing the alternative of placing a stock order based strictly on imagery can be just as challenging, Casablanca Bridal decided to bring our new Fall 2017 collections to small, localized areas. Buyers were invited on an appointment basis to work with their sales rep and the corporate staff to place their order while having the complete line physically in front of them to reference. A model was on site to try on gowns upon request. In order to make it even more worthwhile for buyers to take away from their valuable in-store time to attend this event, the team also provided one-on-one consultations for customizations, marketing, social media and more. The selling took place earlier than markets, meaning buyers who attended road shows received advance ship dates for their new stock pieces, though our market special promotions still applied. Buyers in the Orange County, Seattle and San Francisco markets met these shows with a very enthusiastic response. Based on this, the program will be expanding to cities all throughout the United States. C a s a b l a n c a B r i d a l Ta k e s S t r o n g e r S ta n c e i n P o l i c i n g C o u n t e r f e i t i n g Serving the best interest of our authorized retailers is always our top priority. In order to back this aim, we have recently taken a stronger stance against online counterfeiting and unauthorized retail sales of our product that takes place on knockoff websites. We have committed a financial investment into a software program that combines technology and legal authority in order to scan the internet, find counterfeit sites, and shut them down, protecting the integrity of our brand and the sales in your store.

Casablanca Bridal Joins the BBSA Casablanca Bridal has become the newest member of the British Bridal Suppliers Association (BBSA), which aims to promote a unified bridal industry voice within the UK and Ireland. Part of the aims of the BBSA include strengthening ties between retailers and suppliers, preventing counterfeit retailers and helping be a resource for small businesses. M A R K E T I N G H I G H L I G H T: W E D D I N G W I R E S W E E P S TA K E S We recently partnered with WeddingWire, one of our most successful media partners, for an exciting giveaway where one lucky bride won her own custom wedding gown. In order to enter, ladies simply had to follow Casablanca Bridal on Instagram and like their favorite posts. This highly successful campaign led to an increase of 4,000 followers in a matter of two weeks. As WeddingWire promoted the campaign on their own Instagram page, their images of Casablanca brides were seen over 3 million times and garnered 16,000 likes. We are hopeful that this explosive increase of attention translates into in-store interest for your location!

True to the spirit of unconditional love, Mr. Kevin and Ms. Gloria Lu of Casablanca Bridal founded Celebrate Forever -- a faith driven non-profit organization backed by a national network of authors, speakers, trainers, and entertainers to help couples and singles in relationship growth and positive social change. Celebrate Forever is built on the belief that individual change leads to improved relationships, healthier families, and stronger communities. The philosophy was coined with the playful symbolization of pointing to one’s nose, meaning that you recognize your own role in impacting a positive change. This goes along with the mission: “Save one family.™ It starts from me, change me first.™” When a store sells a Casablanca Bridal gown, they are not just selling a dress—they are selling the concept of true love and lasting marriage.

As part of a May initiative, Celebrate Forever is launching a new website for the Walk for Family project. This is a worldwide movement that encourages individuals to link up with those they consider family, whether that be biological relatives, friends, colleagues or other community members. Spend an hour in the month of May taking a walk together to relax, reflect and enjoy each other’s company in a peaceful setting.
