AboutWhen I purchased the property 4 years ago, which was to become Casa De Compai, the first thing I did was raise the perimeter wall two more feet. Then I installed the the pool, then I designed and rehabbed the first three units. Condo 1&2 are both studios, and condo 3 is the two bedroom. Coming out of the gate 3 years ago I was able to develop a very good reputation for the quality of my rentals. That has been the cornerstone of my business plan to date. What I have learned from living in the Caribbean is that a lot of, if not most owner neglect the proper maintenance of their investments .
