Capo indiscusso del team, genio e sregolatezza, è ROBERTO BARONE: il maestro dei preparatori in Europa! Il suo biglietto da visita: 2014 Vincitore in Italia del campionato VPI Vespa (Open) e Lambretta (Classic); 2015 Vincitore in Europa del campionato ESC Vespa (cat. 2) e Lambretta (cat. 4).
Un artista del motore che non smette mai di stupire: nuove marmitte, nuovi alberi, sempre alla ricerca della perfezione. Ma per una Vespa così performante occorrono piloti altrettanto capaci. Paolo Birtele è il pilota di punta del team: un vero professionista delle piste, un rider tecnico e completo che sa sfruttare al massimo le doti della VESPA 279. Dietro di loro c’è un’altra squadra che lavora ininterrottamente per loro: sono i due meccanici BALDISSERRI ROBERTO e MARCO FONTANA, tecnici dalle indiscusse capacità e grandi conoscitori del mondo racing VESPA. Ma non occorre solo essere bravi per vincere, ci vuole anche un aiuto morale ed essere ben nutriti, grazie a Isabella e Anita, infaticabili che si sono prodigate alla gestione logistica dei Teams. The team is made up of highly qualified professionals who have the know-how to transform a Vespa into a missile capable of reaching 172kph with 37bhp on tap!
Head of the team is renowned technician and mechanical genius, ROBERTO BARONE, the No.1 tuner in Europe. With overall victories in the Italian VPI Championships, in the two main ‘Open’ and ‘Classic’ Classes during 2014 and again in 2015 in the European ESC Races taking the top spots in both Group 2 and 4, his actions speak louder than words. Roberto’s continued testing on the racetracks of Europe allow the development and perfection of new products for the Parmakit range. However, an extraordinary Vespa with that much speed and power needs an extra special Team to ensure it’s always performing at its maximum capacity. PAOLO BIRTELE is the official main rider for the team. A true professional on the track, he’s a technical rider who knows how to make the most of the performance delivered by his Vespa No.279. Behind these two though there is a complete group of people working non-stop, with the same goal in mind. The two mechanics, MARCO FONTANA and ROBERTO BALDISSERRI are the technicians whose unquestionable ability means they are at the forefront in the world of Vespa racing. The logistics and organisation of the team are down to the two Parmakit girls, ISABELLA and ANITA, who ensure all runs smoothly by working tirelessly behind the scenes. Finally, every orchestra needs a conductor and that role is filled by DEAN ORTON, an Englishman by birth but Italian by adoption. His job is to guide the team and resolve any issues that may arise. Being on-hand 25 hours a day, he’s the person that every team needs: precise, unnerved and completely determined in ensuring the team achieves the right results. Thank-you Dean!

Per i Vespisti più sportivi ed esigenti Parmakit ha sviluppato, in collaborazione con il tecnico Roberto Barone, un gruppo termico lamellare dalle caratteristiche eccezionali, anche per gare di Resistenza. Disponibile nelle due classiche cilindrate di 175 per carter originali e 200cc per i nuovi carter Parmakit, questo kit è il più performante sul mercato mondiale. Altissima qualità costruttiva, integralmente prodotto in Italia, prestazioni incredibili, sono le sue principali caratteristiche. Il cilindro è fuso in conchiglia per una perfezione assoluta, la testa è ricavata dal pieno e il pistone è realizzato dalla Vertex su disegno esclusivo. Per il gruppo lamellare abbiamo optato per un modello a 4 petali con stopper fornito di guidaflussi integrale, che garantisce un grande e corretto volume di passaggio.
Considerando l’altissima potenza sviluppata del kit Sixty Six, si consiglia di appoggiarsi ai Casa Lambretta Centre per la consulenza tecnica in fase di montaggio e la perfetta messa a punto. Sul 57090.08 canale CasaLambrettaTV sono disponibili i filmati tecnici per il corretto montaggio. Available in the two classic engine capacity sizes of 175cc for original Vespa casings and 200cc for the new Parmakit casings, this is the most powerful kit in its category on the worldwide market. High-level Italian production methods combined with breath-taking performance are the main characteristics of this kit. The cylinder is high-pressure die-cast ensuring absolute perfection and the head is machined from solid billet. The piston is exclusively produced for us by Vertex and the massive 4-petal reed-valve has stoppers that have built in guides to guarantee correctly flowing, large volume induction. Considering the incredible power output of the Sixty Six, we strongly recommend that customers contact a Casa Performance Centre either for technical consultation, the fitting or setting-up and fine tuning of these kits. Scarico “Ellittico” 57x51-58x51-60x51 130-135-144cc Il kit vincitore per ben 3 anni consecutici del trofeo Polini è leader delle performanze su piste italiane ed internazionali. Il cilindro in alluminio con scarico “ellittico” (per adempiere ai regolamenti di alcuni trofei) e riporto della canna al nikasil è utilizzato sia per un uso quotidiano su strada oppure su pista in caso di lavorazioni ulteriori dei travasi. Il pistone Vertex costruito in esclusiva per Parmakit è FORGIATO dotato di un segmento in acciaio tipo originale giapponese, il top della gamma. La testata di tipo integrale è stata ridisegnata da Parmakit per consentire un’ottimale raffreddamento della termica. Le versioni 57x51, 58x51 e 60x51 possono essere per biella 97 oppure 105. Al tutto abbiamo abbinato un gruppo di aspirazione adattabile a ET3, Special, PK e Primavera, composto da un pacco lamellare a 4-petali completo di guidaflussi, e collettore con “VENTURI” per carburatori di 19, 21, 24, 25, 28, 30, 34 e 36mm.
This is the kit that won the ‘Polini Trophy’ Championship for three consecutive years and is the leading kit for use on both nation Italian and international racetracks. The aluminium cylinder has an elliptical shaped exhaust port (for regulation reasons, thus enabling it to be used in various national and international Championships) and has a Nikasil lined bore. This kit is perfect for fast road use and with minimum alterations to the transfers, this becomes a perfect tool for the racetrack. The FORGED Vertex piston is produced exclusively for Parmakit. This top of the range, graphite coated piston utilises a single Japanese type steel ring. The unique cylinder head is machined from solid billet and was designed by Parmakit technicians to ensure optimum cooling efficiency. The 57x51mm, 58x51mm and 60x51mm versions are available for use with either a 97mm or 105mm type con-rod. Finally, completing the picture is an induction setup suitable for use with ET3, Special, PK and Primavera models and this has a massive 4-petal reed-valve complete with flowguides. Campione d’Europa ESC 58x51-60x51 135-144cc Questa termica è la più performante ad oggi sul mercato per gli aspirati al carter, il cilindro con TRAVERSINO allo scarico ha raggiunto prestazioni su pista di 29HP a 11500 GIRI. Il kit è CAMPIONE D’EUROPA “ESC” European Scooter Challenge 2015 nella categoria degli aspirati. Anche qui abbiamo caratteristiche simili al SP Classic: il cilindro in alluminio con traversino allo scarico ha un riporto della canna al nikasil ed è consigliato più per un uso su pista che stradale appunto per le sue elevate prestazioni. Il pistone Vertex costruito in esclusiva per Parmakit è FORGIATO dotato di un segmento in acciaio tipo originale giapponese, il top della gamma. 2015 ESC European Championship Winners 58x51mm / 60x51mm 135cc-144cc This is the most powerful crankcase induction out-of-the-box kit on the market. Questa LINEA di gruppi termici è dedicata ai carter PX 125-150, è la più performante ad oggi sul mercato per gli aspirati al carter, i cilindri 177-187 sono costruiti nella versione con scarico “ellittico” (per adempiere ai regolamenti di alcuni trofei nazionali ed internazionali) oppure con n. 2 booster aggiuntivi. Queste termiche sono state concepite per un uso stradale, divertenti, SCATTANTI e AFFIDABILI, ma si sono rilevate EFFICIENTI anche in pista vincendo per alcune stagioni il CAMPIONATO ITALIANO di accelerazione, nel 2016 verranno utilizzati anche nel Campionato “ESC” su pista.

This line of performance kits is dedicated to the PX125 and 150cc models. These are the most powerful crankcase induction kits for these models on the market. The 177187cc cylinders are manufactured and supplied with an elliptical shaped exhaust port (for regulation reasons, thus enabling it to be used in various national and International Championships) or with the addition of two extra booster ports. Once again, exclusive Vertex pistons are used, designed by Parmakit technicians. These kits were designed for fast road use, making them fun - but above all QUICK OFF THE MARK and RELIABLE. If this wasn’t already enough, they proved themselves to also be really EFFICIENT, to the point where they were used to win several seasons races in the Italian Acceleration Championships. For the 2016 season, these kits will also be used in the ESC European Championships on the racetracks. STOP PRESS! ACCENSIONE ELETTRONICA ACCENSIONI ELETTRONICHE ad anticipo variabile con Volano esclusivo “INTEGRALE” by Parmakit La Parmakit ha messo a punto una accensione di modifica per 57090.22 tutti i tipi di Vespa 50, 125, 150 e 200 per la fattispecie: Special, PK, XL, ETS, ET3, Primavera, PX, PE, Rally 180/200, Sprint e VBB. La nuova accensione denominata (ParmatronicNew age) è del tipo TRISTORI con curva di anticipo variabile appositamente calcolata, ventola di adeguate dimensioni in nylon caricato con fibra di vetro per garantire un raffreddamento ottimale anche nell’impiego su pista. I nuovi VOLANI INTEGRALI RICAVATI DAL PIENO SONO dotati di riporto di tropicalizzazione, possiedono cono per innesto originale o modificato. I volani sono disponibili con il peso da 0.9-1.3-2.2 Kg. Facile da montare, seguendo le chiare istruzioni fornite all’interno del kit, tutti i dispositivi (luci comprese) funzionano correttamente secondo le norme vigenti. Per la costruzione si sono utilizzati i migliori materiali, trattamenti e tecnologie per un risultato eccezionale sotto tutti gli aspetti. La potenza massima di 90W a 12V è più che sufficiente per alimentare i fari e gli accessori supplementari. Migliorie negli spunti, nella velocità massima, e nella funzionalità del motore. Fully ‘variable’ advance-retard ELECTRONIC IGNITION 5710022 with exclusive Parmakit one-piece flywheel Parmakit has developed a fantastic ignition upgrade that covers all Vespa engine capacities; 50, 125, 150 and 200cc, and all the following models: Special, PK, XL, ETS, ET3, Primavera, PX, PE, Rally 180/200, Sprint and VBB. This new ignition – called the ‘Parmatronic New Age’ – is the ‘Thyristor’ type and has a specially prepared, pre-programmed power curve. The flywheel mounted fan utilises a special, composite nylon that has a fibreglass content making it incredibly durable and guaranteeing perfect cooling, even under full race use. The actual flywheel itself is a ONE-PIECE UNIT MACHINED FROM SOLID METAL thus eliminating the possibility of rivets coming loose or breaking, which are the common problems associated with all other electronic Vespa flywheels on the market. These unique flywheels are available with standard, or modified cone versions to suit different crank tapers. They are available in a choice of three weights: 0.9, 1.3 or 2.2kg. Easy to fit, each Parmatronic comes complete with clear installation instructions explaining how to connect everything – lighting included – ensuring the kit meets European legislation. The kits have been manufactured using the best materials, treatment and technology available resulting in an exceptional product that is truly a market leader. The power output is 12V/ 90W with battery charging facilities, thus providing enough power to easily power additional, supplementary lights or accessories. The variable power graph of the Parmatronic will give your scooter much better acceleration and provide extremely rapid throttle response at all engine revs. Another version of this ignition developed in 2011, called the Parmatronic New Age SP08, has a transducer with a choice of eight power curves. The rider is able to manually select one of these settings via a micro-switch, supplied with the kit. Truly a situation of having ‘power at your fingertips’. Again, this kit is supplied with full installation instructions and once installed, provides guaranteed fun for the rider. Finally, we also have an internal rotor type ignition for your Vespa which comes with a choice of fixed or variable power curve settings and is ideal for all water or air-cooled engines.

This is a fantastic clutch that was used extensively in racetrack competitions on the Team Parmakit ‘Vespa 279’, with outstanding results. This clutch unit is designed for smallframe Vespa ET3, Special, PK and Primavera a models and comes with 4-plates and ten springs. Each kit is also supplied with an additional set of 10 x uprated springs. Tested on a variety of engines ranging from 9-37bhp, this is a perfect all-rounder making it ideal for road or track use. Due to the indestructible nature of the Challenger clutch, it has also found favour with those competing in national and international 150 & 400m Acceleration Championships. The BGM PRO range of Big Box exhausts offer increased performance for Vespas from the PX80 up to the 200cc models, with the style and sound of a standard looking pipe. There are two models of Big Box available, both with versions to suit 80/125/150 and the 200cc large frame Vespa engines, both with a double walled structure and filled with damping material, just like the standard Vespa exhaust. They also fit like a standard pipe, but with spring mounted tabs for extra security alongside the standard barrel clamp.

This BGM cable set for the P-range Vespa features perfect length Teflon lined Swedish type cables and includes the special Lusso/ EFL front brake cable with threaded end and adjuster wheel (for the old P-range, please purchase an additional standard brake cable). The speedo cable is not included in this cable set. BGM PRO Race 2-stroke fully synthetic oil is a 100% synthetically produced high performance 2-stroke oil and another recent addition to the BGM range. It fulfills the highest Japanese JASO testing standards, providing perfect lubrication and protection of all parts on every 2-stroke engine thanks to its very low burning point. Codice
Special additives provide a stable lubrication even under high load. Corrosion inhibitor is a matter of course and it can be used for premix as well as oil-injection/ autolube/ Lubematic scooters. Marchald Power Double Layer air-filters are perfectly suited for all scooter applications, both Vespa and Lambretta. They come with different adaptors to suit different connection diameters of carbs.
