Rather than a short “in-house” program for novice caregivers, BrightStar caregivers come to us with years of experience and all of the skills needed to provide the best possible service. All applicants undergo drug testing, background checks, in-depth interviewing and reference checking. All personal care, such as assistance with hygiene, transferring, etc., is performed by licensed CNAs. And all of our employees are bonded and insured.
