Partial Planning service is the perfect fit for hands-on couples, or the bride and groom who need a second set of hands during those last few, critical stages of planning. Recommending and securing last minute vendors, understanding and helping to implement your wedding vision, and serving as middle-point contact for involved parties; I provide much needed peace of mind. Don’t stress about timelines, checklists or who is going to arrange your table numbers and escort cards. Be a guest at your own wedding and I’ll make sure everything’s taken care of so you can eat, drink and be in-the-moment.
This level of service includes eight appointments and two venue visits. As with all levels of service; clients have access and use of my coveted online planning and design software.
· Initial consultation to get caught up to speed on secured plans and details
· Middle point communication with vendors to confirmdetails &scheduling
· Eight check-ins to stay on track and in line with important deadlines
· Timeline creation and scheduling with all necessary vendors
· Assistance with floor plans, seating charts and miscellaneous areas
· Final week of wedding in-person meeting to confirmall details
· Full logistical oversight of wedding day set up and preparation
· One lead planner and one additional planner on hand for your event
· Logistical oversight of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

Full Service Planning and Design is perfect for couples who want to be taken care of in every capacity, or couples who have little time to devote to planning. This is where I soar and make magic happen. As your event planner and stylist, I serve as your advocate and righthand gal from start to finish. From helping you choose the perfect resources, vendors and details that make your wedding incredibly unique, and implementing them on your wedding day; your big day will be beyond your expectations!
We’ll meet bi-weekly to make sure that no detail is left untouched. By marrying the best of what I love to do - detailed logistics and flawless design -- that tells your love story - we will hand-craft a wedding celebration together, that your guests will never forget!
Day-of services is perfect for couples who have managed to handle it all, until it gets down to the wire. I’ll jump on board and make sure everything goes off without any hiccups and looks fabulous and streamlined from start to finish.
Styling & staging includes set-up of rentals, linens, props and other décor as well as tear-down at the end of the night. Day-of Coordination includes Cassandra Dattoli on site. This level of service includes five appointments to start six weeks before your big day. We usually combine Day-of & Styling with Floral Design & Artistry for a beautiful & seamless day.

It’s true, I have a problem with flowers. Sketching up centerpiece designs, piecing together the most perfect bridal bouquet, sourcing gorgeous vessels & using flowers in thoughtful, special ways is my favorite part of what I do. Florals are incredibly special & integral to the overall design and emotion of any event. I’d be absolutely thrilled to serve as your personal florist. Each floral quote is custom tailored to your needs and desires with an emphasis on textural, lush and gorgeous oneof-a kind fresh-flower artistry.
This makes your life just that much easier by not having another outside vendor, and helps keep the overall design completely seamless. Florals, Design and Décor services can be added to any of my offerings and is offered as a stand alone service for couples who handle planning on their own. . I see you do flowers! Are you also a florist then? Do your packages include the cost of flowers?
All of my services come with the option of adding in floral design Which means, yes this would eliminate the need for hiring an outside florist! Hooray for simplicity! Having me design, assemble, deliver and set up your florals is a two part transaction. The first is a cost for the tangible flowers themselves, which fluctuates depending on the type of year, the kinds of blooms and foliage you're after as well as the quantity needed, and the second would be the time and knowledge required to make one of a kind, and show stopping creations I will work with you one on one to create a floral proposal reflective of your style and budget.
Can I call and text you whenever? What if I have a super important question at midnight? Or if I can't decide between blush or cream for bridesmaid's dresses during the appointment?
I have a very strict 24-hour contact policy. You will always hear back from me within 24-hours, during regular business hours. I do work in my home-studio (lovingly referred to as my Girl Cave!) during set office hours. I do my absolute best to return emails and calls just as promptly as possible. If a question comes in after hours, please feel free to jot it in an email or text and I can get to it the very next day when I am in the studio! If an emergency arises needing my immediate attention, you can always contact me by phone at any time, so I can avert any potential crises. As always, I am here for whatever you may need; even if that need is just an ear to listen.

I heavily rely on calendar checklists, phone and Skype check in consults and a trusted client relationship to ensure a flawlessly orchestrated event planned from afar.
