Salary Snap Shot Overview

Castille Resources Salary Snap Shot offers an insight into salary trends in the IT industry across Malta. The survey questioned 744 positions ranging from Head of Operations through for technical support, and our Salary Indexes offer a benchmark to local IT Salaries. The snap shot is taken from the full salary survey which is also available upon request.

Salary Index

The survey findings show that although salaries have increased, the increases are either inline or less than that of inflation (CPI). They also show a deceleration in salary increases during the economic crisis when compared to that seen in the pre-crisis period. We can also conclude that salaries are inflating at a greater rate in higher level positions. This reflects areas where our survey found skill shortages.
