Credits include: A Streetcar Named Desire (Royal Exchange), The Government Inspector (Birmingham Rep), The Jew of Malta (RSC), Hamlet, The Merchant of Venice, Othello, Henry V, Love’s Labour’s Lost & Won, The Two Gentlemen of Verona and Henry IV Parts 1 & 2 (RSC Schools’ Broadcasts), The Tempest, The Good Soul of Szechuan, Lysistrata (Watford Palace), The Odyssey (London Bubble), The Latke Who Couldn’t Stop Screaming (Tall Stories). Nick is thrilled to return to Cast after performing here in Miss Nightingale last year. Born in Guernsey, he now lives in Liverpool where he studied acting at LIPA. Credits include: a national tour of Miss Nightingale, 3 tours with Mikron theatre company, Cinderella at Derby, and The Hunt for the Scroobius Pip in Halifax.
ELIZABETH ROBIN ~ Princess Bette Elizabeth trained at RCSSD. Whilst training: Anita (West Side Story), Mrs Lovett (Sweeney Todd), Judith (Hayfever). She appeared alongside Liam Neeson in ‘Life In Black’ TV Pilot and was in ‘Departures: A Song Cycle’ – winner of Cameron Mackintosh award. She is very excited to perform back in her home town!
EMMA SWAN ~ Jack Trott Emma graduated from Drama Studio London in 2016. Credits whilst training include: Hermia in Midsummer Night’s Dream and Maggie in Mill on the Floss. She studied English and Spanish at the University of St. Andrews, where she realised she preferred performing in cabarets to coursework! Emma was born in Rotherham and is absolutely thrilled to make her professional debut in the north.

MATTHEW BUGG ~ Co-Writer, Director and Musical Director Matthew’s family are all from Doncaster and he has worked at Cast since the theatre first opened in 2013. He has written the last three pantos with Tobias Oliver and is thrilled to be directing Jack And The Beanstalk. Matthew is the Artistic Director of Mr Bugg Presents, a theatre company specialising in original British musicals. Their production of Miss Nightingale has toured the UK five times, playing to over 50,000 people. It will be doing an eight week run in London in 2017. Miss Nightingale was also recently included in a list of the Top 100 musicals of all time as compiled by BritishTheatre.com. His other West End work includes Cirque Berserk, Dear Lupin, The Secret of Sherlock Holmes, Volcano and Our Man in Havana. He has also just taken a production of Dracula to Singapore.

Carla trained in Nottingham, London and New York. Recent design credits include: How to Date (Arcola Theatre); Rise (Old Vic Outdoors); NotMoses (Arts); Romeo & Juliet (Orange Tree); Pig Farm (St. James); Heartbreak Hotel (The Jetty, Greenwich); Truce (New Wimbledon Theatre); What Flows Past The Baltic (Nottingham Playhouse); Theatre Uncut (Traverse Theatre and UK tour); Listen, We’re Family (Wilton’s Music Hall); Ariodante (Royal Academy of Music); Miss Nightingale (Lowry and UK tour) and Mush And Me (Bush Theatre).
This is the third pantomime Tobias has co-written (with Matthew Bugg) for Cast. Alongside his writing projects he works extensively as a promoter, producer and performer across the arts, local government and third sectors. This includes; Lift, Mercury Theatre Colchester, Sheffield Theatres, Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, Sheffield City Council, Seagrass, Off The Shelf, and Cast. Tobias is a founding Director of Mr Bugg Presents producers of the acclaimed original British musical Miss Nightingale, which has toured the UK five times and was recently voted into the Top 100 Greatest Musicals of all time.

TOM MULLINER
Drew trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and was subsequently part of the Lighting and Sound Department at Nottingham Playhouse. In 2014 he left to become a freelance Sound Designer. Recent designs include: Trevor Nunn’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream (The New Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich), The Kite Runner, Darkness Darkness, Richard III (Nottingham Playhouse), Workshop Negative (The Gate Theatre), The Threepenny Opera (Graeae Theatre Company), The Dissidents (The Tricycle) and the 2015 UK tour of Miss Nightingale the Musical.
Tom is a freelance Lighting Designer and Programmer based in Leicester whose work takes him all over the country. Previous projects include: The Last Five Years (St James Theatre), A Princess Undone (Cambridge Arts), A Pacifist’s Guide to the War on Cancer (National Theatre), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (New Wolsey Theatre), Tell Me on a Sunday (UK Tour), Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (Royal Opera House). This is Tom’s first time working at Cast and he is looking forward to joining the team to make Jack and the Beanstalk a magical production.

SARAH BELK ~ Choreographer Sarah is an IDTA Licenciate Doncaster Teacher/Coach and Practitioner who began her dancing career at the Pye School of Theatre Dance, later becoming principal and renaming the school The Upstage School of Theatre Dance. Sarah is currently Dance Development Officer at Active Fusion School Sports and Communities providing CPD training opportunities for teachers and young people in Primary and Secondary schools across Doncaster. Sarah has worked with CAST Theatre, Renault, Pop Management, Doncaster Rovers, Its Bliss, Doncaster Pride, Help for Heroes, Firefly Cancer Awareness Charity and Recording Artists. Sarah`s professional dance career has taken her to Indonesia Taman Safari Circus, Singapore Universal Studios, across the UK and Ireland working in Stadiums, Theatres, and numerous corporate events over the past 20 years.
