Work principle :

The machine is mainly composed of the rack, drive roller, divert roller, drive motor, deceleration body, roller and adhesive tape, etc.. Based on motor-driven, with cycloid speed reducer and then the secondary deceleration driven by sprocket,it takes drive drum for continuous rotation movement. Because of the role of friction, adhesive tape, together with the drive drum,makes reciprocating rotating movement. Work principle :

The crushed material is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen to be separated. The material, whose size is suitable for the feed size of the sand making machine, can be sent to the sand making machine. This is very important in whole sand washing plant. The unsuitable material should be sent back to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material from the sand making machine is sent back to the vibrating screen to be separated. The suitable separated sand, which is the final product, should be sent to the sand washing plant machine to be cleaned, and then sent by the belt conveyor. The unsuitable separated sand should be sent back to the sand making machine to be crushed again. The producing line forms two closed cycles. The producing line can be changed according to the customers’ requests.

Our water chiller system is designed to produce 7.2 cubic meters of water per hour with a temperature less than 1 degree. It contains Bitzer semi hermetic compressor, Baltimore air cool evaporative condenser, & moving head heat exchangers. Non corrosive material are used while it is designed for minimum power consumption & high coefficient of performance. The water chiller can be used for different applications other than the concrete business such as air conditioning, reining & industrial processes

Casting World dust collector is made of 3mm steel casing with vertical removable liter elements installed inside. A 10 Kw suction fan is used to collect the soil Deirdre from the dust risingareathrough6”pipe. Theater elements are cleaned by reverse air jet from a separate compressor that canbe automatically controlled with a timer to drop the dust down to the bottom of the collector unit. The bottom section is integrated with a sealed gate to extract the dust outside.

We are currently introducing a wide range of truck-mounted mix ers to oer a complete set for ready mix handling. The manufacture truing is based on the utilization of the modern technology in steel fabrication. Casting World truck mixer uses a lower drum angle to lower the center of gravity by 13%. Since the beginning of the tower crane business, it has been an imported product. Currently, we are developing a Saudi manufactured tower crane that will reach new heights for this company. Our design will cover different horizontal stroke of the hook & load capacities. The load will range between 5 ton at 15 meter jib length to 1.3 ton at 50 meters. The crane will be protected from overloading by an overload sensor to assure safe operation.

Due to the increasing demand for the new type of building (pre cast), we “Casting World” are developing our pre cast distribution system for transport of concrete from the batching plant to the location of the pre cast molds; a carefully designed ying bucket system where all operations will be controlled electronically and performed automatically will available. Depending on the requirements, one or two ying buckets will be provided.

Casting World tower plant is the new generation of concrete batching plant. It is designed for minimum space & increased productivity. The aggregate storage issilo shaped with inner partitions placed directly above the mixer. Feeding the aggregate storage either by a feed hopper & conveyor or with an elevator. The batch cabin can be embedded within the structure to minimize extra space wastage.

The pulse jet bag filter in its most rudimentary form basically consists of the filtration elements housed in a casing. Below this casing is a hopper with a discharge valve, to continuously remove the dust that is collected on the bags. The entire unit is supported from the ground on Structural legs. A caged ladder provides access to the top of the unit for maintenance. The dust laden air enters through the hopper by suction (normally) or (positive pressure). The heavier dust particles fall off at the entry itself, while the lighter dusts get carried upward to the bags. The dust gets deposited on the outer surface of the bags and the clean air moves upward from the center of the bags through the outlet plenum to the top air outlet. This is known as filtration. The dust collected on the outer surface of the bags is removed in a per-determined cycle by a momentary pulse of high-pressure compressed air. The compressed air moves from an air reservoir or compressed air header via the particular pulse valve into the compartment manifold and thereon into the bags in the row beneath it. The pressurized entry of compressed air through the venturis into the bags, inflate the latter. And the dust cake formed on the bag surface slides down in the form of flakes. The cages help the bags retain their original shape once the effect of the compressed air is gone. This completes the cleaning process. The dust slides down the hopper walls to the rotary air lock valve. The latter is a rotating device which discharges the dust continuously, all the while maintaining an air seal.

1. CRUSHER DOES NOT START ? A. Check all wear and tear parts such as wear plates, jaws, toggle plate, toggle seat, flywheel and counterbalance weight, jaw stock, bearing houses and shaft if any damage has occurred. B. Replace them by genuine spare parts or let them repaired by an authorized Specialist. C. Belt tension is not correct. Belt is torn up or not right tensioned. D. Tension or renew belt. E. Jaws are blocked by material inside the bucket opening. F. Clean the bucket crusher completely of blocked material between the jaws. If necessary, jiggle carefully the bucket crush er. Make sure, that no non-crushable material has been used. G. Hydraulic connections are interchanged. H. Correct connection. I. Gate Valve is Closed. (Excavator) J. Open it. 2. LOW POWER A. Check Hydraulic Flow Setting B. Correct the Flow Setting - Adjust Hydraulic Block – Flow Control Valve C. Check Hydraulic Pressure Setting D.
