Eutectic 9001, 9002, 9003

• Reduced overspray is chieved through careful control of the chemical composition and particle size distribution • Special “wetting agents” result in the good fluidity • Reduced Boron content improves machinability • Extremely versatile, suitable for the use on a wide range of glass mold base metals

DESCRIPTION:

FINISHING:

The 9000 Series of powders have been specifically developed for OEM and repair applications on Glass Mold parts. They are suitable for use with the UltraJet, Eutalloy B System or Colmonoy Fusewelder Torches.

CPM 9001: - Use conventional single point tooling - Less tool wear

Coatings of the CPM 9001 are generally used for OEM applications on cast iron and or aluminum bronze molds. Coatings of the CPM 9002 & 9003 are used for both OEM abd repair applicaions on cast iron and or aluminum bronze molds.
