Whertec News Summer 2013
WHERTEC ONLINE
INTRODUCES NEW LINEUP When we decided to make Whertec the world’s top provider of superior corrosion and erosion protection products, it came with a commitment to always keep growing and evolving to serve our clients better. This year, that commitment involved the design of a new web site and a challenge for our team of metallurgists, engineers, and customer service executives to even further enhance our innovative products and services for the marketplace.
Trade Show News We look forward to welcoming you to booth 704 at AEP Bro Forum in Columbus, OH July 30 to July 31 and at PowerGen 2013 Booth 4279 November 12-14.
Our newest list of corrosion and erosion protection and coating systems starts right at our Florida manufacturing site with LaserClad™ - the newest technology available for creating customized high-performance cladding systems. Additionally, we developed materials and new techniques using High Velocity Oxy Fuel and High Velocity High Density-arc systems - now branded as CarbideClad™ and ChromeClad™. These two systems provide our customers with reliable name-brand quality for customizable metal coatings along with proprietary options including ceramics, automation, and cost-effective solutions with high built-in ROI.
Whertec also continues to improve and expand the entire TubeArmor™ product line ranging from boiler and superheater environments to new applications in petrochemical and refinery equipment. We offer specialized automated weld overlay, inspection services, and all our ASME code-certified field services across North America and Europe. These elements are all part of the year-round strength behind the highly qualified team you’ve come to know as “The Reliability Experts™.” Visit whertec.com today on your mobile device, PC, or web enabled television to see for yourself!
Whertec is excited to present “LaserClad Automation for Improved Plant Performance” at PowerGen and we look forward to hosting our valued customers and business partners at both of these great events.
