Whertec News Winter 2013
New Offices, NEW SYNERGY Since 2010, Whertec has worked to consolidate manufacturing sites in the Southeastern United States, design and build new research facilities and production lines and bring its headquarters staff into the same facility in Jacksonville, Fla. So far, equipment and teams from Dothan, Ala., have resettled to Jacksonville where the first-of-its-kind LaserClad™ manufacturing facility began operating in 2012. The next evolutionary step is to relocate Whertec HQ from its original offices in Orange Park, Fla. to the location in Jacksonville.

For the first time, Whertec’s research, manufacturing, finance and leadership teams will work under the same roof. “Growing our company means staying far enough ahead of customer requirements and making sure our workers operate in safe, modern and efficient conditions,” said Pete Castiglione, CEO. “We look forward to the many ways this upgrade will enhance customer service.” he added. Relocation will be completed in October.
