Superior Aluminum Brazing Flux

XuperBraze 190FP ®

BRAZING • Highly Improved flux-blend consistency • Longer-fluxing activity cycles for better braze flowability! • A higher oxide-dissolving capacity for a cleaner, porosity-free braze! • Easy to remove residue for quick post brazing cleaning! • Available in either paste form, for both hand-held and automatic dispensable flux brazing, or dry, for special application needs! • Manufactured to have the optimum viscosity for the widest range of application methods!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PROCESSES

Xuper Braze190 FP the new standard in dispensable aluminum brazing fluxes for the highly active brazing of aluminum alloys in the 1000 and 3000 series including the more difficult alloys such as 5052 and 6061-T6. This product can be applied to the joint area both manually and with automated dispensing equipment.

• Gas-Air (Torch/Burner) • Convection/Radiation • Air Furnace • Controlled Atmosphere

190 FP provides excellent filler metal flow with the conventional BAISi brazing alloys and great capillary action. The joint appearance after brazing and the ease of flux residue removal are just further advantages of using Xuper Braze 190 FP.
