1. Preheat your oven to 160˚C.

1 pkt Inisvale Fresh Irish Diced Lamb 3 Onions, peeled & sliced 2 tbsps Belbake Plain Flour 3 tbsps Primadonna Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cloves of Garlic, peeled & sliced 1 Kania Chicken Stock Cube, crumbled 1.5 tbsps Acentino Balsamic Vinegar 1 pkt Combino Gnocchi 2 tbsps of Dairy Manor Butter 50g Lovilio Parmesan, grated A little chopped Rosemary 250ml Water Kania Salt & Pepper

2. Turn the lamb over in the flour, season & shake off the excess.

1 pkt Inisvale Fresh Irish Beef Mince 2 tbsps of Kania Tomato Ketchup 6 medium Potatoes, peeled & halved 400g Parsnips, peeled & cut into chunks 150g grated Rathdaragh Irish Medium Mature White Cheddar 1 large Onion, peeled & diced 2 tbsps Vita D’or Sunflower Oil 1 tbsp Kania Beef Gravy Granules 2 tbsps of Coolree Creamery Milk 1 tbsp of Dairy Manor Butter Kania Salt & Pepper

4. Add the garlic after 15 minutes or so, then add the balsamic vinegar, water and the stock cube. Bring to a simmer, cover & put in the oven for 1 hour. 5. Cook the gnocchi according to packet instructions. Gently warm some butter in a large frying pan & add the herbs. Drain the gnocchi & add to the warmed butter. 6. Season & serve with the lamb ragu & lots of grated parmesan on top.

Fresh Irish Premium Beef Mince ONLY!

Time: approx. 40 mins 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Fry the onion in the sunflower oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat until golden.

2. Add the mince and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, put the potatoes and parsnips on to boil. Add the ketchup and the gravy granules to the mince and cook for a further 15 minutes, then season and set aside. 3. When the potatoes and parsnips are cooked, drain, add the milk, butter, half the cheese, the salt & pepper, and mash well. Transfer the mince into a baking dish (or several small baking dishes), top with the mash and then sprinkle the remainder of the cheese over the top. 4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with steamed greens and crusty bread.

Pour the oil into a large roasting tin and heat for 3-4 mins. Pop the sausages into the roasting tin & turn to lightly coat in the oil. Cook for 20-25 mins. 2. Drain the sausages on kitchen paper, then tip them into a clean roasting tin. Blend the honey & mustard together in a small bowl then coat the sausages with this mixture. Return to the oven for 5 mins, turning them over halfway.

Cauliflower cheese is delicious served on its own or as the perfect accompaniment to a lovely roast dinner.

3. Serve with cocktail sticks and little pots of ketchup/mustard for dipping.

• Plant in a sunny, sheltered location in well drained soil at least 30cm apart to give plenty of space to grow. • Mulch around the bottom of the plant with some bark or dried leaves, this will help keep the weeds suppressed.

• Use a net cage around your fruit bushes once they start to bear fruit, as this will stop the birds from feasting on your harvest.
