CATAMOUNT CLUB 2021 DONOR SPOTLIGHT
Delta Alpha Chapter of Kappa Alpha Order
Founded in 1964, the Delta Alpha Chapter of Kappa Alpha Order has been a constant source of pride to more than 750 alumni of Western Carolina University.
Many of our alumni have remained active within Cullowhee KA Alumni Association, which this summer was named the Alumni Chapter of the Year by the National Office of Kappa Alpha Order.
We have many Brothers who serve on various boards for WCU, and we fully support the student athletes at WCU, and believe in the commitment of “giving back to our school.”
Since the creation of the Catamount Club’s Greek Challenge in 2014, the Brothers of Kappa Alpha Order have donated $725,000 to provide scholarships and assistance to student athletes at Western Carolina University. KA Brothers have also supported specific athletic projects, including the resurfacing of Bob Water Field, that amounts to at least another $500,000.
We are honored to be named the “Game Sponsor” for this game today, and wish the best for our student athletes in all sports at WCU. It is with great pride that we say KA BACKS THE CATS!
