If it is still mine. Mine. Mine. But she responds, ancient and forgetting, A reprieve of silence enough To ask questions. But she doesn’t answer those. Instead an almost mother-like cord Is whipped from Innards to Eye, And I can see that we are spinning towards A black sphere sending out Ribbon rays like ropes that Wrap around us and stretch and pull And carry us until we are breaking, until we are split, towards its emptiness, until we are here.
