An illustration done as a submission for Artists For Climate, an event by Fine Acts x TED Countdown to voice climate change through visuals. I wanted to challenge my self to voice climate change without illustrating earth or trees. Instead, I explored a more playful and colorful approach using cats that represents sea, land and sky.

To bring out Hehe’s laid-back and witty personality, the logo is constructed from a comical face with various interchangable expressions, that may be used on various lessformal use.

Jam Jam, a mascot created from Jakarta’s mascot Salak Condet. Jam Jam is a soft-hearted boy who still has a long way in his romantic life.
Puput, a mascot based on the Putri Malu plant, who is timid. She oftentimes covers her face when she is embarrassed.
Bubu, a mascot design based on “lelaki buaya darat” saying. Bubu always flirts with his cheesy and often embarrassing pick-up lines.
Chika, a mascot that comes from the term “ayam kampus”. Chika is very sociable and keeps up on the latest trends: be it fashion, skincare, F&B, you name it.
The mascots personality and design is crafted from Indonesian millennials characteristic, which is Hehe’s initial target market, combined with local urban culture as the huge part of Hehe’s brand identity.

Blue Turtle is a paper straw brand that was dedicated to reduce plastic straw use in Indonesia because plastic straw pollutes the ocean. The big idea of this branding was to create an eco-friendly brand that is far from boring or clean like the majority of eco-friendly brands. Blue Turtle wants to convey that reducing plastic and living in a more eco-friendly way could be fun and bold.
The straw has sea creture patterns as Blue Turtle’s main concern is plastic waste in the ocean.

The logo itself is inspired from the wave movement and the details are inspired from sea turtle’s mouth and flippers.
I also designed their Instagram post for their brand launching and product campaign.
The brand activation campaign was a collaboration with a friend who did the campaign concept while I designed the visual. We created series of educational posts and stories on Instagram about waste and how to live a more sustainable living.

Greeting Cards Design
Since few years back, I have been wanting to create Christmas greeting cards with my own illustration and design. I have always imagined it having vintage flair, something that reminds us to my childhood such as story books. In 2021, I decided to designed a set of illustrated Christmas cards with woodland characters.

A set of four Christmas greeting cards with gold foil finish on the ornaments.
Other than greeting cards, I also created a set of paper Christmas tree ornaments that can also be used as gift tags.
I also shoot and edit a simple teaser video that is inspired by old movies to add the cozy, vintage Christmas vibe.
The teaser is then released on my Instagram page, before the launch of the greeting cards and ornaments, that later sold out on Tokopedia.

To create a handmade feel, the illustrations were executed with watercolor and then composed digitally. The book was handbound with hemp rope.

The Witch’s Cookbook setting took in a fictional world I created, and each locations have different ingredients that could be harvested along with an instruction on how to prepare them. The final work is then exhibited at Gedung PGN, Braga, 9-11 February 2018.

Septi is a junior witch based in Jakarta. She has been practicing her magic to move pixels and transform objects, placing them on all sorts of places. Sometimes she also creates illustrations out of pigment, water and brush, transferring her inner world onto paper. When her senses tingle, Septi turns into a cat and goes into a chase, a pursue to the rabbit hole of curiosity.
