Confirmation | Deposit
A reservation of a booking will be confirmed once a written confirmation and the deposit required are received; the Management reserves the right to cancel the booking should this will not be received.
Settlement of the Bill
Credit are to be settled as follows: 25% of total amount on confirmation. The remaining balance should be settled within 15 days of our invoice. Interest at the rate of 8% per annum, or any higher rate of interest allowed by Law from time to time, shall become due and payable by the Client to the Company on any balance which remains unpaid after the lapse of 30 days from the date of the invoice. The Company reserves the right not to hold the event should these payment terms be dishonoured. This without the Client’s having any right of recourse for damages for the non-performance of the event.
Cancellation Policy
If a function were to be cancelled before 30 days prior the event, the Patron will receive only 25% of the deposit. If a function were to be cancelled within the 30 days prior the event, due to costs incurred, no deposit refund will be given. If a function were to be cancelled within 4 days prior to the event, due to costs incurred, 75% of the costs will be charged.
Others
The guaranteed minimum number of guests attending is required at least 3 days prior to the event. After that date, your confirmed attendance is not subject to reduction and will be charged at 100% of the agreed number. Patron agrees to begin the function and vacate the designated function space at the scheduled times agreed upon. The Caterer will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in the venue prior, during or after the function. Patron should arrange own insurance | security. It is understood that the Patron will conduct their function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with the Management and all applicable laws. Prices include 18% VAT and NET to Catermax. Should the rate of VAT change, then the quoted prices will be revised accordingly. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought in the premises for consumption at the function by the Patron or any of the Patron’s guests or invitees without the express permission of the Management.
