FREE Vascular Screening
Identify your risk of having a stroke or abdominal aortic aneurysm
If you are between the age of 30-90 years old and have any of the following:
• Personal history of smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol.
• Family history of aneurysms, heart attack or stroke.
You will be evaluated by Gautam M. Anand, MD, Vascular Surgeon, St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, Department of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery.
Testing will be done with non-invasive ultrasound.
Approximately 20 minutes for both tests to be completed.

Location: 500 Commack Road Suite # 150B, Commack (follow signs for St. Catherine and St. Charles Center for Health and Wellness) No insurance needed for screening.
