St. Francis Heart Center
Premier cardiac care, available across Long Island
When a heart attack occurs, minutes count.

That’s why Catholic Health has moved St. Francis Heart Center beyond its original footprint, placing our award-winning cardiac services across Long Island. We’re still anchored at St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center® in Roslyn but now St. Francis Heart Center is also available at:
• Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip
• Mercy Hospital in Rockville Centre
• St. Catherine of Siena Hospital in Smithtown
• St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage
St. Francis Heart Center is an international leader in interventional cardiac procedures, recognized for excellence in cardiology and heart surgery by U.S. News & World Report more times than any other hospital on Long Island.
Minimally invasive = faster recoveries
St. Francis Heart Center leads the way in minimally invasive cardiac procedures—including valve replacement, angioplasty, electrophysiology and heart failure treatment, inclusive of ventricular assisting devices. As a result, our patients recover faster and return to their lives sooner.

If you suspect a heart attack, call 911. Remember, ambulances are equipped with defibrillators, which can save lives. Also, most Emergency Medical Services ambulances carry 12-lead EKGs, allowing them to transmit results to our hospitals electronically while in route. This means St. Francis Heart Center can assemble your treatment team and equipment before you arrive.
