On Thursday, June 29, we will visit the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament. The Holy Eucharist is the "Source and Summit of our faith. Mother Angelica, the beloved foundress of EWTN, inspired by the great Franciscan Monasteries and churches of Italy, saw that the RomanesqueGothic architecture and breathtaking art facilitated prayer and worship. Everything on the Shrine grounds leads to the Main Church. The Monstrance within the Main Church contains the consecrated Host, which is the precious Body of Christ, solemnly exposed for adoration."
