I’m very happy to have you with us. My team is working hard to make this an enjoyable and successful event for your business/ministry. This packet outlines specific information regarding your exhibition space. Please refer to it for any questions you may have. Our show decorator is Reber-Friel, the decorator we’ve used for over fifteen years. They are on a first name basis with many of our exhibitors, and are committed to providing you the highest level of customer service and professionalism. Following is a recap of the main points pertaining to the show. 1.

A representative of each Exhibit is required to be in attendance during Exhibit Hours. 2.

Deliveries No advance deliveries will be accepted at Show Site. Display materials not sent to the Advanced Warehouse, YRC Freight c/o Reber-Friel in advance can be delivered directly to the Exhibit Area beginning Tuesday, July 31, 2018 starting at 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Reber-Friel Company will accept crated or boxed materials in advance of Show Set-Up at YRC Freight c/o Reber-Friel Company. Please refer to the Shipping Information in our Service Order Forms. Exhibitors who are not shipping their items ahead of time, but bringing their items with them, are free to do so. This is a non-union facility so exhibitors who need NO assistance in either unloading or loading of their materials and bringing those materials to their exhibition booth can do so between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Important Notice

The Lancaster County Convention Center ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT accept any advance shipments for this Trade Show at its facility. All advance shipments must be directly to our drayage contractor, Reber-Friel Company, whether it is shipped by UPS, Air or other Common Carriers. Shipments will be REFUSED at the Lancaster County Convention Center, prior to the Installation Date, Tuesday, July 31, 2018. The Lancaster County Convention Center and Reber-Friel Company accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for any delay in delivering display material if addressed improperly. 3.

Installation and Set-up of Exhibits begins Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM. All Exhibits must be Show Ready by 8:00 AM on Wednesday, August 1, 2018.

Dismantle of Exhibits is not to begin until final closing at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 3, 2018. All equipment must be completely removed and display area must be vacated by 10:00 PM on Friday, August 3, 2018.

Uniform Booth Background consisting of curtain 8’ high Backwall and 3’ high Side Dividers on aluminum frames will be supplied along with a two line uniform head sign containing Company Name and Booth Number.

Display Prices To qualify for discount prices, Full payment (credit card or check) must be included with orders. Orders received after deadline date, without payment or placed at Show-Site, will be charged at the Standard Rates.

Payment & Charge Authorization Please complete this form and forward with your order. Those payments not sent in advance will be collected at the Show Site. For your convenience, by including your American Express, MasterCard, and Visa numbers we can charge any balance due to the account provided.

Special Signs Should you desire a special sign, other than the one provided with your Booth Space, please note this on our Special Sign Order Form.

Damage The Exhibitors are responsible for all damage to the building, floors or equipment caused by their participation.

Losses Insurance The Lancaster County Convention Center, Show Management and/or ReberFriel Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind. It is suggested that Exhibitors contact their Insurance Brokers to determine the possibility or obtaining a rider to cover their shipments from the time they leave home premises until deliveries reach final destination.

Arrangement of Exhibit The uniform booth background is not strong enough to support display materials from the cloth or frame. Do not pin or staple materials to the cloth. Special background will be needed for any display materials that exceed 25 pounds in total weight. Arrangements for this type of display should be made in advance and brought to the exhibit hall ready for assembly. Installations are subject to the approval of all inspection authorities having jurisdiction.

Service Desk An Exhibitor’s Service Desk will be located in the Exhibit Hall to service the needs of all Exhibitors.

Carpenter Labor Set-up and Dismantle Labor is available at an hourly rate with a one (1) hour minimum per man. For Labor to Set-up and/or Dismantle your Exhibit Booth, please indicate on the enclosed Carpenter Labor Order Form.

15.

Electrical Service & Telephone Service There are NO Electrical Outlets and/or Telephone Service provided with your booth. Electrical Outlets & Telephones can be ordered on the Service Forms provided by the Lancaster County Convention Center which are located on the back pages of this Service Kit. All orders and payments for these services need to be forwarded to the Lancaster County Convention Center itself. Any questions regarding these services, please call the Lancaster County Convention Center Staff.

High Speed Internet Access If Internet Access is needed, please contact the Lancaster County Convention Center.

The attached decorator package goes into greater detail concerning the show and you should read it carefully. LIMITATIONS OF REBER-FRIEL'S LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY a.

Reber-Friel shall not be responsible for damage to uncrated materials; materials improperly packed or concealed damage.

b.

Reber-Friel shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or disappearance of Exhibitor's material after same have been delivered to Exhibitor's booth

c.

Reber-Friel shall not be responsible for loss, theft, disappearance of materials before they are picked up from Exhibitor's booth for re-loading after the Show. Bills of lading covering outgoing shipments, which are furnished to Reber-Friel by Exhibitors, will be checked at time of actual pick-up from booth and corrections made where discrepancies occur.

d.

Reber-Friel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay due to fire, Acts of God, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages of any kind, or to causes beyond its control.

e.

Reber-Friel's liability shall be limited to the physical loss or damage to the specific article which is lost or damaged, and in any event ReberFriel's maximum liability shall be limited to $ 0.30 per pound per article with a maximum liability of $ 50.00 per item and $ 1,000.00 per shipment

f.

Reber-Friel shall not be liable to any extent whatsoever for any actual, potential, or assumed loss of profits or revenues, or for any collateral costs, which may result from any loss or damage to an Exhibitors' materials which may make it impossible or impractical to exhibit same.

g.

The consignment or delivery of a shipment to Reber-Friel by an Exhibitor, or by any shipper to or on behalf of the Exhibitor, shall be construed as an acceptance by such Exhibitor (and/or other shipper) of the terms and conditions set forth in the Bulletin.

ORDER FOR DRAYAGE SERVICES We hereby authorize Reber-Friel Company to handle our shipment(s) in accordance with the information set forth in the "Shipping Information" section of this form, and we further agree to the following: a.

We accept the responsibility for the payment of Reber-Friel's charges in connection with the handling of our shipments as set forth and we guarantee payment to Reber-Friel in the event that any third party who acts in our behalf shall fail to pay such charges within 60 days after the close of the Show.

b.

We agree to the "Limitations of Reber-Friel's Liability and Responsibility"

c.

We agree that Reber-Friel's liability shall be limited to any loss or damage which results solely from Reber-Friel's negligence in the actual physical handling of the items comprising our shipment(s), and not for any other type of loss or damage.

d.

With particular reference to Liability & Responsibility, we agree, in connection with the receipt, handling, storage, and re-loading of our materials at the convention site (as distinct from Reber-Friel's warehouse), that Reber-Friel will provide its service as our agent, and not as bailee or shipper. If any employee of Reber-Friel shall sign a delivery receipt, bill of lading, or other documents, we agree that Reber-Friel will do so as our agent, and we accept the responsibility therefore. (1)

e.

Relative to outgoing shipments after the Show, we recognize that there will be a lapse of time between the completion of packing and the actual pickup of our materials from our booth for loading into a carrier, and that during such time our shipment will be left unattended in our booth. We agree that Reber-Friel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage during such period, and we authorize Reber-Friel to adjust the quantities of items on any bill of lading left by us with Reber-Friel to conform to the actual count of such items in the booth at the time of pickup.

We agree, in the event of a dispute with Reber-Friel relative to any loss or damage to any of our materials or equipment, that we will not withhold payment of any amount due to Reber-Friel for drayage or any other services provided by Reber-Friel as an offset against the amount of the alleged loss or damage. Instead, we agree to pay Reber-Friel within 30 days from the close of the Show for all such charges, and we further agree that any claim we may have against Reber-Friel shall be pursued independently by us as a completely separate transaction to be resolved on its own merits.

SET-UP & DISMANTLE LABOR ORDER FORM In the interest of prompt and efficient processing of Exhibitor’s labor requirements for set-up and dismantling of exhibits, it is urged that advance notice be provided on this form. Orders received at the show will be processed after advance orders in all cases. Orders placed AFTER the Deadline Date are subject to a twenty percent (20%) surcharge. Carpenters are assigned to orders at 8:00 a.m. daily and completion time of first assignments is uncertain. Therefore, starting times after 8:00 a.m. cannot be guaranteed, although we will make every attempt to provide labor at requested times. Cancellation of requested labor needs to be in writing, at least 24 hour in advance. Failure to cancel labor or to call for labor at requested time will result in a one-hour charge per requested carpenter. Reber-Friel Company is authorized to set-up the display prior to our arrival. For your information, we are forwarding blueprints, photographs or instructions. Where possible, all work should be done on straight time. In the event of shortage in shipment, or damage, please contact our representatives immediately for instructions. A supervision charge of 30% will be added to the bill for carpenters at the rates shown below.
