Many former students now work as doctors, engineers and teachers, providing a living wage for themselves and their families, helping to break the cycle of poverty. “Without your help, these [children] would have had no such opportunities, since the Lideta Catholic Cathedral School offers excellent educational facilities in the country with 100% pass marks to universities in and outside the country,” says Sr Carmen Sammut SJA, project manager of the scholarship program.
