Dulles International Airport is easily accessible to Whitestone. The farm is a 30-minute drive from the airport. Reagan National Airport, in Washington, DC, is located 1 hour from the farm. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is located 2 hours from Whitestone.

TERMS OF SALE:

Terms of sale are CASH or CHECK. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED SALE DAY UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH MARK. No cattle will be transferred until full payment has been received. Checks payable to Whitestone Farm. Whitestone will be happy to assist you with your hauling needs. Please inform the clerks at the time of settlement.

HERD HEALTH:

All cattle are eligible for interstate shipment and will be accompanied by proper health certificates for immediate shipment to most destinations. Every cow over 24 months of age has been tested negative for Johne's disease.

GUARANTEE:

All Whitestone Farm cattle are 100% guaranteed. NO CASH REFUNDS - credits are issued for use in future Whitestone Farm sales. Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association (http:// www.angus.org/Pub/suggested_sale_terms.pdf).
