Hudgins, Inc. – Forgason Cattle Company that combines some of their most maternal genetics. Due to us striving to produce cattle that fit all sectors of the industry Alexa charts in the top ¼ of the breed for the essential traits of WW, YW, Milk, Ribeye Area, and Marbling EPDs. Selling 1/2 embryo interest that consists of two aspirations per year.

Sale Terms & Conditions

BIDDING: Each animal on which there are two or more bids will be sold to the highest bidder. TERMS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All cattle will be paid for immediately after the sale. Checks must be made payable to Infinity Cattle Services. DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids and his decision on such matters will be final. HANDLING: As their sale is affected, all animals will be maintained at the purchaser’s risk. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES: The sale management will transfer the registration certificate to the new owner’s membership with the American Brahman Breeders Association within 30 days of the sale. BREEDERS GUARANTEE: Every animal in this sale is, to the best of the breeder’s knowledge, free from any disease and are all sound. HEALTH: All necessary health papers will be furnished in order for the cattle to be shipped anywhere in the United States. Any international shipments and protocols will be the responsibility of the buyer. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from the auction box will take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog and all other announcements. LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and RB Ranch and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident that may occur. The sale management accepts no liability for the animals after they are sold. CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller of each animal sold. TRANSPORTATION: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all shipping and transportation arrangements. Transportation services will be offered the day of the sale.
