Welcome to our 6th Annual Production Sale. We hope this letter finds you and your farm thriving. What an exciting time it is to be in the beef industry! We are glad to partner with the Darby Line family of Triangle J Ranch and Jared & Terri Royer with Terra Sol Beef to bring you a set of SIMGENETICS that can help improve and move your operation forward!

This year we are excited to join forces with ALLIED Genetics and have implemented their top genomics technology into the sale offering. This will provide the most accurate genomic decision making for your operation. All registered sale cattle have been GGP-100K tested to provide you with the most accurate EPDs.

I want to thank my family, Corey Littleton and all sale staff for all their help putting this sale together. It takes a team to get everything done and we are very blessed with a great one!

VOLUME DISCOUNTS

• 3 bulls = 3% off

• 4 bulls = 4% off

• 5 bulls or more = 5% off

TRUCKING/ FEEDING OPTIONS

• $100 off bulls picked up sale day or the following day.

• Free delivery within 300 miles to central locations. Past 300 miles delivery options will be prorated based on mileage, not to exceed $400 per head.

• 18-month-old bulls need to be delivered or picked up as soon as possible following the sale.

• Yearling bulls can be kept at the farm free of charge until April 15. $5 per head per day will be charged thereafter.

• All females are to be delivered or picked up no later than the week following the sale.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of the sale are cash. Every animal will be sold to the highest bidder. Announced changes on sale day take precedence over printed material in this sale book. Cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions of their respective breed associations.

All cattle are the buyer’s property as soon as sold and will be cared for a reasonable length of time at the buyer’s risk. Any person attending the sale does so at their own risk. Neither the sale management, owners, not any person connected with this sale, assumes any liability, legal or otherwise. All animals listed in the sale book as homozygous black or homozygous polled are done so to the best of our knowledge. We are not liable for any inaccuracies.

No cattle will be loaded until paid in full.
