Unless otherwise noted in this catalog all live animals are free of genetic defects by pedigree.

The terms of the sale are cash or bankable check unless arrangements are made prior to the sale. Satisfactory settlement must be made with the clerk of the sale immediately after the close of the sale. Only when the above conditions are met will the buyer be able to load cattle. ln no case will animals be released unless settlement is made with the clerk of the sale.

All transactions that include Semen, embryos and flushes are between the buyer and seller. All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and at the buyer’s expense. Schacher Auction Services will hold proceeds to the sellers of these lots in Escrow until the buyer has taken delivery. Unless otherwise stated there are no guarantees of conception of embryos. Neither Schacher Auction Services nor Members of the Texas Wagyu Association Board of directors (with the exception of board members that are also consignors) will be responsible for storing or delivering embryos or semen.

All Bulls twelve months and older have been tested for breeding soundness. All bulls younger than twelve months of age sell as guaranteed breeders reSPonSibility: internet biDDing:

Females: All females that sell bred or have a calf at side will be considered sound breeders and no further guarantee will be assumed. Open females are guaranteed to be sound breeders. New buyer will have no more than Six (6) months to claim that a female will not breed. Additionally, if buyer flushes any open female and recovers viable, transferable embryos, then that female is considered a breeder and no further guarantee will apply.

The consignor will represent and be responsible for his animals. In no case, however, will the consignor be responsible for any damages beyond the selling price of the animals. The Texas Wagyu Association and the sale manager assumes no responsibility, no warranties and no guarantees on the cattle presented in this sale. All transactions are between the buyer and seller.
