Hefte Ranch K141

PE to Red Doc Incinerator 1005

(20210008) 05/01/23 to 08/01/23

Lot 27

KR 191/13 is still going strong at 10 years of age, and here are a few daughters to prove it. This KR 191/13 daughter is out of LCR 526, a big, beautiful cow that we purchased from La Campana Ranch in the 2015 South Texas Heritage Sale. LCR 526 has been an amazing producer for us. An eight-year-old cow with a 369-day calving interval and 7 calves on the ground, including herd sire Hefte Ranch G112, purchased by Red Doc Farm in 2020 and heifer, Hefte Ranch J145, purchased by Kubena Cattle Co. This pretty female with top 15% indices has so much potential.

Hefte Ranch K140

PE to Red Doc Incinerator 1005 (20210008) 05/01/23 to 08/01/23

This gentle, polled female sired by KR 191/13 is out of Hefte Ranch A62, an 11-year-old cow with 9 calves produced and a phenomenal 355 day calving interval! K140 definitely has longevity and fertility in her bloodlines. Safe in calf to low birthweight bull, Red Doc Incinerator 1005.

One more dark red, stout KR 191/13 daughter - this one is out of Gemini X52, a 13 year old cow with 10 calves weaned. Again, stayability is strong in these genetics. Possibly bred to QVF Jackpot 5369G8, but too close to tell - either mating should produce an excellent calf.
